(Your PoV)

It was breakfast time the next day and I was sitting at a table by myself. Sasha had invited me to sit with her but I really didn't feel like sitting or talking with anyone today.

"Hey, are you ok?"

I looked up and saw Jean standing behind me with a concerned expression, holding his tray of food. He put it down on the table and took a seat next to me.

"Yeah," I answered, "just not feeling 100% I guess." I gave him a reassuring smile, but the concerned look didn't leave his face. He stared at my face for a few moments before raising his hand and putting it on my forehead.

"It's hot. I think you have a fever." He said.

"No, it's nothing. I'm fine." I responded with a smile, trying not to make him worry. I finished my breakfast and headed off to the stables.

"(Y/N)-" Jean called, but I didn't answer.

('_') at the stables ('_')

I greeted stable kid and made my way to (h/n)'s pen. I buckled up the saddle and mounted him, ready to ride to training. I rode out of the stables and towards the training field. I was almost there when a suddenly felt dizzy. My head was throbbing and I began to lose my vision. I felt myself sliding off (h/n)'s back while my consciousness began to fade. I hit the hard ground and everything went black.

I could feel something cold draped over my forehead, I was lying in a soft bed that felt way more comfortable than the infirmary bed. My head still hurt and I began to slowly open my eyes. I turned my head to the side a bit but didn't recognise my surroundings. I was in a bedroom, that's all I knew.

I noticed a bedside table next to the bed I was in, and a glass of water on it. I was pretty dehydrated so I reached out for the glass. I grasped it in my hand, but when I picked it up, my arm felt weaker than usual and I dropped the glass on the floor, causing it to smash into pieces.

"Tch, great now I have to clean that up." I heard from the entrance of the room. My head hurt too much to sit up and see him, but I definitely knew it was Levi.

"I'm sorry..." I managed to whisper.

"Tch. Don't worry about it." He mumbled and left to get some cleaning tools.

Levi had the mess cleaned up in a matter of minutes and then walked over to where I was lying.  He helped me to sit up a bit and then gave me a glass of cold, clear water which I sipped slowly. He watched me until I finished and then took the cup and put it on the bedside table. Levi put a hand on my head.

"Looks like your temperature's gone down." He said with a hint of relief in his voice. "Your horse arrived at training without you, so I decided to look for you. I found you unconscious on the ground, not long after."

"Where am I?" I asked.

"My room." Levi answered quite simply.

He pulled out a bottle from one of his bed side table draws and handed it to me. It labeled 'fever medicine' and Levi asked if I wanted to take some. He assured me it would make me feel a lot better.

"Isn't medicine really expensive?" I asked. He nodded as he poured some of it onto a teaspoon.

"Tch. I don't know why I'm wasting it on a brat like you." He said but I could see a tint of red on his cheeks. Levi held the spoon up to my mouth and I opened it. He fed me the medicine. It reminded me of when my mom used to feed me my breakfast when I was little. But I didn't want to think about her right now.

Levi lied me back down and told me to get some more sleep.

I woke up feeling so much better. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. But I thought I should get back to my own room.

I was about to sit up when I felt two arms slide around my waist. I turned and saw Levi, hugging me in his sleep. His sleeping face looked so innocent, and I didn't want to wake him, but I carefully tried to get out of his bed without doing so.

I managed to wriggle out of Levi's arms and get out of his bed. I was still wearing my uniform, and my jacket was hanging over a chair. I put it on, and found my boots at the foot of the bed. I took one glance of Levi sleeping before going out the bedroom door which led to his study.

As I exited the study, I heard someone walking up the corridor. I turned and saw Eren coming my way.

"Oh, hey Eren." I greeted with a smile.

"Hi, I heard that you weren't well. Are you okay?" He asked in a worried tone.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I assured him.

"Why were you in Levi's study?" He asked, "Everyone went to bed a while ago, it's late."

"Uhh," I decided not to tell him the real reason why, "just some....business." I said, and I could tell he was still curious. But Eren let it go.

"Oh okay, well goodnight then." He smiled before leaving. I realised that I should have asked him what he was doing up so late, oh well, he was gone now.

I went to my room and got my pyjamas on. I hadn't really eaten so my stomach growled loudly. I couldn't sleep, probably because I'd been sleeping the whole day. I just lied in bed, thinking about everything.
