The boys got tired of arguing over who will cuff who first and we continued playing basketball. Normally I would make the most baskets and son all of them but today something was off. I kept worrying about something but I couldn't put my finger on it. I hope Nicki is having a good time though. I kept thinking of her every now and then. I mean that's not something new but every time I thought about her a shiver would run through me. "Yo, nigga. Why you look lost?" Chino asked coming to sit next to me as I drank water. "Why you ask that?" I placed the water bottle down and took the towel wiping my face. "Coz you been out of it for the past half hour. We made jokes that normally you would either clapback or throw as outta your house but you said nothing. It's like ypu ain't even heard us. So what's up?"

Tak and Deen walked over to us and sat down drinking water while they teased me I didn't pay them no mind though. I kept drifting off thinking about my baby. I reached for my phone and dialed her number. It rang until it went to her voicemail. I tried again and she didn't pick up. I locked my phone and put it on the floor then picked it up again dialing her number again.

"Yo, Nicki got my nigga pussy-whipped! How many times are you gonna call her?!" Chino said as they all burst out laugh. "I swear if I hear your voice one more time I'ma throw you out! I said letting out all my frustration on him. "Nigga cool down. He's not the one who told shawty not to pick up the phone!" Tak said and they burst out laughing again. "Okay, that's it! Y'all get out!" They looked at me for while before they burst out laughing and walked to the kitchen as they served themselves the food Nicki had cooked for us. "Nigga you trippin'" I heard Deen say as they continued eating. I called Nicki's phone one more time. Still, nothing. She always has her phone in her hand when she in the club taking selfies and recording herself. Why isn't she picking up? I walked into the kitchen opening the fridge and took out another bottle of water, finished it and took another one. Immediately I sat down my phone buzzed and Nicki's photo flashed on the screen. I didn't even let it ring again.

"Onika how many times do you..."

"Meek" I heard Sherika's voice and it sounded like she was crying.

"Sherika where is Nicki?"

"Meek I... Oh Gosh..."

"Sherika stop playing. Give Nicki the phone. I need to talk to her."

"Meek I can't" She said as she broke down into sobs.

"Fuck you mean you can't? Where's Nicki? Why you crying? What's going on?"

"Meek it's Nicki. I just... You have to..." she said then she stayed silent. I could only hear her crying and I stood up running my hand over my face.

"Sherika, I'ma need you to tell me what happened. Fuck that. Where you at? You still in the club?

"No Meek..... At the hospital" My heart stopped. I look back at the chasers and they all had their eyes on me.

"What you doing at the hospital? Where is Nicki? What happened to my baby? Which hospital you at?"

"The one near the club. There was a shoot out and she..." I didn't even wait for her to finish. I threw my phone and picked my car keys hurrying to my car with the chasers right behind me. They didn't ask no questions. They knew I needed them at that moment. I sped off down the highway heading to the hospital. "Watch out" Deen said as I swerved past a car driving into the hospital parking. I didn't even parked the car. I jumped out of the car as the chasers followed me except Chino who jumped to the driver's seat to park the car. These are my riders and brothers for life.I don't even have to say nothing. They know when and how to come through.

"Excuse me miss, I'm looking for Onika Williams" I said to the reception.

"Oh my gosh, Meek Mill..." The expression I gave her clearly indicated I'm not in the mood. " O...okay, One minute sir" She said as she typed in her name. I ran my hands over my face and I saw her face holding a confused expression. "Sir did you say Onika Williams or Onika Maraj?"
