Never Forget You - MNEK & Zara Larsson
King - Years and YearsO3
I shrug as I crumple the pink note and push it into my locker. A thought of hatred crosses over my mind as I picture him smirk as he would my irritated face which was on full display this moment. I think that in a way I was kind of entertaining and pleasing him by reacting to what he had done, so I decide to still make this a good day for me.
I get into my History class and sit down beside Scarlett. As I turn to her side to tell her the amazing news, I see her open her mouth.
"You first." I say, trying as much as to delay this talk in any way possible. Her talk was going to be nothing in front of mine. I knew that very well and in a few seconds, she was going to admit that too.
"Devil has sent me a picture."
Devil. Freakin' Devil. Daniel Ross was Devil. This news was way more important than mine, hands down.
"What is it about?" I ask in hesitation, clearly expecting to be shocked.
"I haven't seen it yet." Oh shoot. She was going to go balling with me on this one. What a friend Scarlett, what a friend!
She unlocks her phone and goes to an app on her screen, which I am totally unknown of.
She clicks on the image. I close my eyes.
"Whose this?" Scarlett asks, completely unaware of what's on the screen. I take this as a plus point and open my eyes wide.
Only to be amazed.
On the screen is a picture of a boy, who hasn't yet hit puberty, but still has some stubble on his face, a smile plastered on his face. He looks truly mesmerising, even now.
But why the hell does the Devil, have the photo of my first crush from middle school? And why the hell has he sent the picture of my biggest secret: Jacob Parker's image to my bestfriend's phone?
Jacob Parker. The name brings back so many memories that I don't even understand how did we spend so much time together.
He was my biggest secret, and even if it was my bestfriend, I still wasn't comfortable in telling her that. I understood that Daniel had sent that picture to Scar, just inorder to create a hassle of feelings between us.
Bad move, Ross.
"I don't know who this is." I reply quickly as the History professor walks into the class, his presence grabbing my attention.

After class, I choose to skip the lunch break, and instead head to find Daniel.
As I look at his locker, I spot a familiar built, kneading into a blonde.
Gross.
I wait outside the janitor room, until they finish their business.
First, a matty headed Natalie walks out, completely ignoring me as she manages to fix her hair. Then, with a huge smirk, walks out, the Devil."Yes my love" he speaks.
"Why did you send Scar his picture?" I ask prudishly.
His smirk bends down a bit, as he begins to speak.
"He knows what you did, and he wants to talk to you."
No. No. Please No.
"What are you talking about?" I ask, throwing in the innocent card.
"I know everything Liv. And, I want to help you. Really."
My face turns stone once again.
"Oh, then why did you send the picture on Scar's phone?" I ask.
"Because I had saved your number as Girlfriend with a red heart. And, then I had saved Scarlett's as Girlfriend with a pink heart. I'm so sorry about that. "
My face softens as he says that, as I realize that its the truth that he is speaking.
"Okay, so would you please change the IDs to our names?" I say.
His face lights up as he realises that he's been forgiven.
Whatever this rollercoaster is leading to, there has to be an end.
And, I don't even know that the end was going to be a happy or a sad one.
