~Later that day~

"Hey sis" my brother Lucas said

"Hey bro" I said

"So only a month left of summer" Lucas said

"Yeah it's crazy how time flies by" I said

"Yeah it really is and we keep getting older and older" he said

"Yeah sometimes I miss being here because it makes me feel like I'm in high school again" I said

"Yeah me too but then we go back and that's when you realize high school life passed"

"Yeah that's true"

"What do you miss about school"

"I miss a lot of things how about you"

"I miss a lot of things too"

"Do you still talk to some of the people we used to hang out with?" I asked

"yeah I still talk to some of them,do you?"

"Besides Tayla and Jakki I don't talk to any of them" I said

"Oh well there is a party tonight that Carlos is having and He invited half of the people we went to school with so I wanted to k ow if you wanted to go"

"Yeah it should be fun to see some people again"

"Yeah so what's up with you and Jacob"

"Nothing why did he tell you something"

"No I'm just asking"

"So you and Tayla how is everything"

"Sis she is amazing I love her so much I think she's going to be the one I spend the rest of my life with" he said

"Wow that's amazing I'm so happy for you" I said

"Yeah I just I wish she didn't live far I miss her while we are in school"

"Bet it's hard"

"Yeah do you miss Jacob"

"Yeah of course I do I will always love him but sometimes life doesn't go as planned"

"Yeah your right"

"Yeah hey do you remember when we were little and we used to play out here" I said

"Yeah mom and dad used to sit on this very bench and watch us play"

"Yeah it was so fun and aunt Ki used to bring over Ben and we would all play hide and seek"

"Yeah that was the good old day now"

"Yeah but them we all grew up and it wasn't the same anymore"

"Why do you say that"

"We used to be so close with our cousins but now me and Ben barely talk only once in a while and we used to be much closer when we were little"

"Yeah you are actually right I miss family time"

"I do too"

"Yeah growing up sucks"

"Growing up does sucks"

"Did you know mom and dad are thinking about selling the house" Lucas said

"How come"

"Because we aren't living here anymore and Jeremiah started his own life and hasn't lived here for a few years now"

"If they do sell the house I will miss it so much"

"Yeah me too this is were we grew up"

"Yeah and this place will always be my home"

"Yeah it will"

"Lucas I'm scared"

"Why"

"Of leaving home again and going back to Canada I don't want to leave everyone again"

"I know it's hard but hey look on the bright side we will always have somewhere to meet up"

"Yeah but life is different over there being home made me realize that everything is the same"

"Yeah I like It when we are all together"

"Thank you for always being the best big brother even though we fight and argue you will always be there for me and I will always be there for you"

"Sis you are the best little sister ever did you know when you were born I told mom that I will always take care of you and mess with you"

"Awwwww" I said giggling a little

"Hey guys" Jeremiah came and sat next to me and Lucas outside in the back yard on the bench

"Hi" me and Lucas said

"What you guys talking about" Jeremiah said

"How we are growing up so fast and memories we had in the house" I said

"I remember when mom and dad told me I was going to have a baby brother" Jeremiah said

"Really" Lucas said

"Yeah I didn't want to have a sibling I was so mad I remember I locked my self in my room for a whole day but then you were born and I looked at you for the first time and I was like wow maybe having a sibling wasn't going to be so bad and then mom told me I was going to have another sibling and I was like man not another boy but then they went to the doctors and they told them they were having a girl and when they told me I was like great not she will get all the attention and I will just be the older kid on the side and I was mad but when you were born and I got to hold you I said wow maybe my little sister won't be that bad but I will always protect her from the world and she will always be my little sister and I realized I really wanted to have siblings and be there for you guys and honestly I wouldn't want to trade you guys for anyone else" he said

"Jeremiah you protected me and you took care of me and I am so thankful for having you as a brother and Lucas you guys are the best brothers ever" I said

"You are the best sister ever" they said at the same time

"Can we make a promise that when we have children that they will be close with each other and will always have each other like siblings" I said

"I promise" they both said

"I love you guys" I said

"I love you too" Jeremiah said

"I love you too and I think we should go back In and see what mom and dad are doing" Lucas said and we all got up and walked inside
