'Aw, great,' I thought to myself. 'An ambush.' I pull the golden gear from my pocket and, as it morphs, I wear a smirk of my own. You looked at me with a frightened expression on your face. I chuckle softly and murmur, "Don't be scared, I got this." You reminded me of all the times saying that had screwed us over. "Yes, I know, but this time I really do got this, okay?" I could tell you were a bit more at ease. The man behind the counter stepped closer, and I realized we were surrounded. He spoke with a heavy accent as he said, "Look, gentlemen," speaking to the other assailants. "Two mice stupid enough to fall into a trap." This time, I laughed quite loudly. "You think we're the ones trapped? Idiots. You locked the door, so there's no escape...Not for you at least." I raised my blade into the air, emitting a golden aura. Everyone had strapped their weapons to their arms, so all of the attackers flew into the air. You looked at me in amazement as I threw them into all walls and out through the roof of the shabby building. You ran up to me, asking what should we do next. "We run, Reader. We run."
