All successful people learn that success is buried on the other side frustration.

As I was told, two hours later mom and I were indeed on our way to Mr. Buntlys house. I was dressed in a white spaghetti strap short dress that flared off at the end with my hair flowing loosely down my back, mom stated I needed to look my very best so I ensured I did; I was also wearing the necklace Kyle brought me, a smile spreading across my face as I play with the pendant, twiddling it between my fingers. I began staring out the window of the passengers side of the car while mom drove, replaying the memories from last night with Kyle, last night was hands down the best night of my life a night I know I will never forget.
Did Kyle give that to you?... mom asked, breaking me from my thoughts she must have been watching me.
Yes .... I answered honestly, turning my attention to her; no use lying anyways.
I turned just in time to see when her lips morphing to a frown, and I didnt like that one bit.
Mom what's going on, why all of a sudden you don't seem to like Kyle anymore? I asked her.
She sighed.... I do like Kyle; he is a wonderful young man.... but I just don't want him to distract you.
Distract me from what momma? ...I asked I come first in my class every year, Kyle has never been a distraction for me, you honestly have no reason to think---
---- From your responsibilities!!! She suddenly shouted, interrupting my explanation and silencing me immediately. I dont like making momma angry, it wasnt my intention, I was only trying to help her see that Kyle has never and will never be an hinderance to me my expression fell.
Look...when we get to Mr. Buntly, I will explain everything to you ok ... she said.
OK .... I responded, satisfied with at least that.
A few moments later we were pulling into one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen. My eyes widened at the beauty of the building itself, it looked like a castle; something straight out of a fairy tale book. Seeing my in awe expression made momma laugh.
This, is where Mr. Buntly live? I asked her in disbelief,
Yep ...she said confidently popping the p .... Come on! Let's go inside ....
She quickly parked and now we were walking up the steps to the elaborate door. I was completely flabbergasted; it was indeed a beautiful house.
Mom rang the doorbell and we waited for someone to answer it; a few moments past before the door was open by an elderly man dressed in a black fish tale jacket and black pants along with a white inside shirt, he was also wearing white gloves, he must be the butler! Mr. Buntly even had a freaking butler!!!
Hello.... My name is Charles, Mr. Buntly has been expecting you, but for now please allow me to show you to your rooms . He spoke warmly.
My mom and I eyes met briefly, mines reflecting disbelief and her smizing with a smirk on her face; we began following closely behind.
He took us on a mini tour throughout the house, it was so huge with many long, elegant staircases. This type of house would be perfect for a large family, but I was told Mr. Buntly lived alone; no wife and no children, I felt my heart sadden for him; no one deserves to be alone.
He must be very lonely here all by himself .... I mutter to myself out loud while surveying the surroundings. This resulted in both Charles and my mom stopping abruptly, then they both stared at each other as though they were speaking to each other telepathically.
Well, hopefully that will change soon ... Charles stated, breaking the stare from hers and walking on.
He showed mom her room first and then he took me to mine.
