"MOM..MOMAYYY.....MAMA....MAAAAAAAA",cam yelled i jumped up and so did chris i ran in her room she was squirming around and breathing really hard i turned on the light and sat on the bed

"cam baby calm down",i said trying to get ahold of her she wouldnt stay still i grabbed her face "listen to me camille moore you are having a panic attack breathe.....breathe.....calm down....your not dieing....look at me keep your eyes on me....calm down",i said she started breathing slower i calmed down and looked at chris he looked so scared

"mom im sorry",she said chris came back in and handed me the water and sat down on the bed

"drink this",i said she took it and drunk it i looked at the time it was 3:00 in the morning she gave me the glass back i started to get up she grabbed my arm

"mom can you stay till i fall asleep",she asked i nodded

"goodnight daddy",she said hugging him i climed in and she snuggled up to me chris turned the light off and left "mom im sorry about telling dad",she said

"aww babe its okay hes your father thats our first instinct to tell him im not mad but you need to rest so close your beautiful eyes and go to sleep",i said she nodded and went to sleep her breathing slowed down i got up and went in the room chris was laying down i got in and layed down

"yeah is she okay",he asked me

"yeah she's fine",i said looking at him he nodded and turned his head i closed my eyes and tried to go to sleep but i couldnt i sat up "chris i cant sleep",i said

"chris she scared the shit out of me i cant go back to sleep my heart is still racing",i said sitting down i could fell him sit up

"i used to have those all the time sam would do the exact same thing that i just did but i dont know why cams havin them because mine was caused by fear....exactly what she said",i said leaning back
