Chapter 35

I woke up and looked at drea she looked so peaceful. Yesterday had to be the funniest day in my life. I checked the time 10:45 I needed to go to the office to check out these shoes Mr. Torres did i felt a hand snake around my waist and drea laid her head on my chest I looked at her she was still sleeping I started caressing the back of her head.

"Drea babe...I got to get up",I said trying to move.

"No",she said holding me tighter.

"Babe I have to work...come on",I said trying again she got on top of me and kissed me I kissed back...I knew what she was trying to do I stopped responding she got up so did I.

"What do you want me to fix for dinner",she asked me.

"I don't know something good",I said she nodded and I went into the bathroom and stripped down and did my normal routine. I dried off and wrapped the towel around my waist and walked out and went into the closet. I dressed for work and walked downstairs and saw that drea was rocking James in her arms "I'll be back later....got a lot of work to do",I said kissing her she laid James down.

"Chris....babe you told me you were going to take off so you could be with me and the kids",she said stopping me I looked at her.

"Babe I can't just not work...I own the company....I have to keep things in check",I said holding her waist.

"So what was the point of getting a temp....if your still gonna work....you know what forget it",she said walking away I sighed and grabbed her back.

"Drea what do you want me to do",I asked her.

"Nothing....just nothing",she said picking up James and walking out. Ugh what did she want from me. I grabbed my keys and left I went by the deli to get me something to eat and drove to work. As soon as I parked I saw this tall,dark skin,long haired girl walk towards the elevator I got out and walked into it she looked at me.

"Good morning",she said I looked at her.

"Good morning",I said smiling. The doors opened and I walked off she followed.

"Good morning Mr.Moore",Janae said I waved and started for my office when Michelle stopped me.

"Hey Chris",she said smiling. I hugged her.

"Hey...what's up",I said opening my door and the woman from the elevator was in my office with Mr.Torres I smirked.

"Mr.Moore.....I didn't know you would be in this morning...we'll this early",he said standing up.

"I didn't know I had a time to be here",I said sitting down.

"We'll if you would give me one sec...",he said walking his lady out I looked she was pretty thick...I see why he wanted her "I'm sorry Mr.Moore....my wife was just stopping by....but here's the shoe...they are called foams",he said showing me a picture "they come in various patterns...colors...prints and everything",he said I looked at some pictures they were nice.

"How much we chargin",I asked him?

"200",he said I smiled.

"Nice....but you can go home now...you'll get your share...and the credit....you don't even have to come back...I'm back now",I said he smiled and got up.

"Thanks for everything",he said grabbing all his stuff I nodded.

"You and your wife should come over tomorrow...my wife is cooking dinner",I said he nodded.

"Okay I got the address",he said then left I sat in my desk and looked at the shoes some more I really didn't want to go home and fight with drea but I didn't have anything to do.
