Ch. 9

February

It pass a month already, and

I haven't even realized that my birthday it's coming. I checked it out when I head to my calendar by curiosity. I smiled slightly, this have been my longest time with real friends and to be honest it makes me feel so happy,

"Hey Kami?" I heard someone making get back to earth. It was Menma, "Are you okay? You seem to be out" she looked worriedly

"Ah!no,I was just thinking" I tried to calmed her up "Nothing to be worried about" I smiled. She looked at me with a pout face but not a mad one,it looked funny. But it seems that I convinced her,

"Hmm...alright! Come on,the guys are waiting for us" She pointed at them who where in front of the door,

"Oh! Sorry,let's go!" I said getting my bag and we both head to the others to head out.

When we head to our secret base,we did our thing...

"Alright, let's play Bokemon" Jintan said

Oh yeah! I took my bag and pick out my controller and connector string.

"Anaru wanna play with me?" I said with a competitive looked. She does the same expression as me and nod

"Ooh this is gonna be good" Jintan smiled and so the others
. . some time later . .
"Yeah!!" Me and Anaru said at the same time

"That was awesome" I said  and high five at Anaru "We get to the next level!"

"Yeah!" Anaru said and we started to laugh

"Hey guys!" Menma said to the two of us "we have to go" she smiled

Woah it's already noon?! Time sure flies. We nodded and we both pack our things to head bact to our homes.

"I'm ho--" I got cutt off when I heard my parents talking

"When do we tell her,we don't have a lot of time" I heard mom

I silently hide behind a wall closed to where they are. I take a peek,seeing both of my parents. But what it weirds me is that,my dad came back kind of early,why?

"I don't know,but as soon as possible. Besides, we have the same case every time so she will understand" Dad said

"I know but--" I cut my mom,getting in the conversation

"What you need to tell?" I asked curiously surprising both of my parents. They looked at each other before they looked at me. Dad walked and bent down in front of me,

"We'll tell you later,ok?" He smiled,there's something not okay. Still unconvinced, I nod "Alright, go to your room" he kissed my head before standing up

I obeyed his command and head up to my room. I throw my bag to the side of my bed then I throw myself to my bed. Letting a fresh sigh I looked at the ceiling that have some night light stars on it and get to a big thought.

What was that about? What are they going to tell me? Is it going to be good or bad news? All this thought get through all my mind and I was so in it that I couldn't even know test my mom called until she opened my door.

"Okami!" I jumped up immediately all freaked up

"W-what??" I stuttered realizing it was only mom

"I've been calling you for awhile now,come on dinners ready" Mom said

"Dinner?!" I said in shocked, I head downstairs to see both of my parents there, I sit on a chair. And with that we all started eating.

"Hey dad,what is the news you said you were going to tell me?" I asked taking a bite of my food. They both looked at each other,again.

"Well...you're father got hired up in his work" Mom said

"That's great" I smiled but...if their acting so serious... Why--

"But it's in France" Mom said and my eyes wide...wait,what?

"But...that's too far" I only get to say

"I know angel,but--" I interrupt my dad

"No! I don't want to go!" I cried,it's not fair. I already had a life here, "I don't wanna leave!"

My mom stands up abruptly "Stop acting so childish and start to be more mature,we cannot do nothing about it. If we need to go, we have to go" She said seriously

I stand up from my chair letting tears flow out "I don't want to go,I want to stay here!" I cried before heading back to my room. I heard my parents calling me but I ignored them.

How this can happen now? Just after I finally have pretty close friends, why this need to happen?

When I was writing this I felt so depressed, Man! I'm having a lot in my mind lately but I didn't want to make you guys wait so I write it with all my strength. Sorry if it's not like the other chapters but it will turn out ok so don't worry, it's only this chapter that has a bit of sadness, AGAIN SORRY VERY SORRY!!!!!
