Chapter 5: A Long Day

As Lee's rough hands began to explore Gaara's rose kissed nipples his actions suddenly stoped when he heard the front door open. "Lee, Me and Kakashi is deciding what should be our next Youthfu- huh?" Gai shouted before coming to a hault. Gai's face turned a pink and eyes went wide. "What's the matter Ga- oh" Kakashi stopped and looked over to Lee hovering over Gaara, Hands still in the redhead's shirt.
         To us Kakashi looks like he's unphased by this scene but under his mask he was just surprised as Gai. Both young men sat up from their current position. Lee looked like he was about to cry as Gaara had his usual stotic face again unaware of his light stained pink cheeks. "G-Gai-sensai " Lee stuttered out before looking down in shame more than embarrassment. He never told anyone about his sexuality not even his beloved teacher. Lee was sure Gai is angry with him.
Gai let go of the breath he just realized he was holding. His blush went pale at the look of his dear student in shame. Somehow he knew what Lee was thinking but in all honesty he was not mad at all. "Lee" Gai said in a caring voice mostly used to calm a child down. Lee's glaze did not move from his feet. Gai and Kakashi looked at eachother with a silent nod of agreement. Kakashi beckoned his finger for Gaara to come to him as Gai sat beside Lee.
Gai's talk with Lee:
       "Lee look at me" Gai said voice still filled with concern. When Lee lifted his head up Gai noticed Lee's eyes were filled with tears. The youngest of the two green beast lounged his arms foward crying on Gai's chest. "I-Im sorry I d-didn't tell you s-sooner sensai about m-my interest in o-other men" Lee practically sobbed out. He felt ashamed of himself because not only is his sensai  mad at him, he is also disgusted. Gai lifted his hand to ruffle Lee's hair.
        "Haha" Gai chuckled softly causing Lee's sobs to calm down a bit. "Lee you should already know I wouldn't stop caring about you even if you prefer another way to show your youth." Gai said wrapping his arms around Lee in a father-like hug. "This is perfectly fine for a young man to fall for another man, you have my full support no matter what, I love you regardless Lee". Lee looked up to his sensai wiping his tears away.
         After those words Lee didn't know why he acted so childish. "Finding the person you would give your life for is the most important event in a young man's life!" Gai proclaimed excitedly. That was enough for Gai to see the determination burn brightly in Lee's eyes.
Kakashi's talk with Gaara:
        "Well i figure i should give you 'the talk' huh?" Kakashi stated still reading his perverted books. "There's no need" Gaara said with a wave of his hand. "Temari told me the diffrent kinds of Love, even between two guys. I also understand the 'birds and the bee's' as you like call it". Kakashi smiled underneath his mask. 'Less work for me i guess' Kakashi thought. "Ok then, now all we have to do is wait for Gai and Lee" Kakashi said.
"Also here's a little gift" Kakashi whispered handing Gaara two books. One had a red cover that said "A diffrent kind of Love" and the other one had a green cover that said "69 Types of positions". "If an adult ask you where you got your hands on books like that, tell them your own village ok" Kakashi half joked but half serious. "My favorite position is the reverse Lotus, if Gai does it well, I bet Lee can too" Kakashi said smirking when the Kazekage flushed a deep red.
"Oi, Kakashi" was the signal for them to come over. "Well I guess thats it, my beloved Student is getting all grown up" Gai said proudly sheding a few tears. Kakashi dragged Gai away, smiling and waving and said "We'll let you two get back to "enjoying the springtime of your youth" so to speak while we go practice the reverse lotus." and with that Kakashi closed the door . Leaving a confused Lee and a flushed Gaara. "Why would Kakashi and Gai-sensai be training this late and especially with that move?" Lee questioned out loud.
"You don't even want to know" Gaara said with his left eye twitching because he imagined it. Lee left it alone at that. There was a akward silence throughout his apartment. Untill Lee cleared his throat. "So what was my new mission about being a body gaurd ?" Lee said breaking the tension. "Hnn, about that" Gaara started before he wiped a little siliva still on his lips making Lee blush.
        "Temari notice the increase of Kazekage threats in the village so she said she's taking 'preconditions' by assigning me a body gaurd-" Gaara started before being cut off by a crash. His sand immediately protected him from the rocks and glass that crashed the window. Poor Lee took a rock to his ear and glass to his neck making him fall off the couch. Gaara's eyes widened in horror as Lee got up. Lee rubbed his ear that was soon followed by a trace of blood.
          "Wow that hurt" Lee said not stunned by it. Gaara told Lee to sit down before anything else. His sand twirled around the two cautiously. "Why it's just a bleeding ear" Lee said confused to the panicking feeling Gaara was having. "Lee you have a glass shard penetrated dangerously close to you cervical spine Dont Move" the Kazekage said with shaking hands. Gaara knew if Lee were to move the shard anymore in it could lead to serious damage.
Walking the the hospital was not an option. But, if he uses a jutsu to teleport them he is sure it would disrupt the injury. So it was only one option left. "Lee the shard probably penetrated your nerves first so that's why your not able to feel it for now, but once i move it, its going to feel like you're being dragged to hell and back" Gaara said with his stotic face. 'Thanks for sugar coating that Gaara-kun' Lee thought sarcastically.
         But he knew it wasn't Gaara's fault. The Kazekage was just so acostumed to being Straitfoward he can't help it. "Ok Lee-kun this is the first time im doing this but my medical skills are a equivalent to a chunin's" Gaara told him voice still shaky. Thats was untill a bunch of thugs came in. Gaara sent a sand clone to take care of them. He focused his chakra into his hand that was hovering over the wound.
         He extracted the shard slowly as the other hand healed quickly. Gaara earned a little flinch from Lee. "Lee im going to pull the rest out on 3 count with me". Lee nodded his head. "1, 2-" Lee was caught off guard  when Gaara yanked out the shard on 2. "Gaara-kun where did the 3 go in your counting !!!" Lee said irritated. "Well thats what most docters do, don't they?" Gaara answered sealing up the wound.
          "By the way thanks again for healing my wound Gaara-kun" Lee said with care. With a quick nod from Gaara, he led down the sand sheild. His clone was standing there looking at the two before saying "They ran away as soon as i beat their ring leader" . The clone blushed at Lee before showing a little smile. Gaara noticed this and dismissed it. He forgot to give the clone sand armor to hide emotions like that.
          Lee also noticed it but decided against speaking about it. Lee jogged to the closet before coming back with a new sqaure of glass. "Don't worry Gaara-kun this happenes at least once a week" Lee said noticing the Kazekages wondering eyes face the broken window. "While i fix this continue with explaining my mission please". Gaara sat down on the couch a little stiff. "As i said before Temari is worrying that i need a bodyguard so i agreed on one condition" Gaara said with a pause.
Lee picked up on it and said "that one condition was?". The redhead answered the question by saying "it had to be you". Which left Lee in shock. "Why me and not Naruto-san?" Lee responded getting the last nail in the window. "Cause i can rely on your abilities" Gaara said closing his eyes. After that Lee did not press the conversation any farther. Lee got up and went down the hall telling Gaara to follow him to his room.
         His room was a bit bigger than the living room. He had green wallpaper with at least 5 barbells in the corner with other exercising equipment. Gaara could only see what one said because they were dropped at such an angle. The smallest said "380IB" which left him speechless. Also Lee had a small bookshelf filled with books on Tai-jutsu's. Lee's bed was a queen sized one too.
       Most surprising was a letter opened on his bed that read " Gaara x Lee = <3" like a highschool girl would write about her crush. Lee dived for it before Gaara could read any more and shoved it in his pocket. After getting his blush under control he patted a spot next to him on the bed so Gaara could sit. Gaara was a bit confused untill Lee said sit. "S-so about that kiss" Lee stuttered out while putting a hand behind his head nervously. "S-sorry ab-" Lee tried to say but cut off by Gaara's glare.
           "Don't be sorry Lee-kun because you and I both know we would of kept at it if there was not interruption"  Gaara said cheeks turning a bit pink. Lee blinked a little surprised about the outburst but smiled. "Um Gaara-kun ?" Lee called out looking the other way. The red head's Aqua eyes meet nervous chocolate ones aproving for the question. "May I kiss you again?" Lee asked turning another shade of red.
Gaara's heart pounded against his rib cage once again. It was a feeling of anxiousness and need. Once he nodded it was no turning back. Lee leaned in stealing yet another kiss from the Kazekage. This time it was pure from care and sweetness. It lasted about 6 seconds but it felt much longer. When they pulled away both ninjas was beet red. They both could hear their hearts in their ears as Lee pulled him into a hug.
"Gaara-kun will you be my boyfriend?" Lee asked still embracing Gaara. There was a moment of pause before Lee could feel his now boyfriend nod his head yes shyly. After today both ninjas were very tired. Now with Shukaku gone Gaara could sleep up to 1-3 hours a day. By suprise Lee picked up the young leader causing him to yelp. Lee gently tucked both of then under the sheets. Gaara was wrapped with two protectively arms around his waist facing Lee's chest.
Gaara could hear his new boyfriend strong heartbeat lull him to rest. Not asleep but kept him content as he could hear Lee's light snores fill the room. He wasn't sure about this new concept of the word 'Love' but he was sure of one thing. He was willing to try it out if Lee was next to him 100 percent of the way. Gaara smiled at the past. When he was younger he wanted nothing more than to smash this man to peices and to burn him alive. Now he is snuggling the same man hoping he could understand love. Than he came up with an conclusion.
