"Ok Blaire," she talks quickly like we're in a rush to get somewhere. Oh ya, that's right! We are in a rush to get somewhere. "Who is this man and Who is he to you?"
"He's my....."

"He's my..... Husband," I manage to gasp out before I let the darkness wrap around me like a warm, motherly hug.
(Drew's Pov)
I'm walking down the street towards my "wife's" shop. I may not act like it, but I might have some feelings for her and I'm actually glad that we were forced into getting married.
On my way there, I see an ambulance speed by and what makes me break into a sprint is that it pulls into the street where Blaire works.
I run as fast as I can to her shop and see her getting loaded onto a gurney. My stomach rises into my chest and my heart drops into my stomach. I snap out of my daze when I see them about to close the doors to the ambulance.
"Sir," the paramedic warns," you can't be back here. Only family and were in a rush to save this young women's life so I need you to get out before I kick you out forcefully."
I know that if Blaire wasn't fighting for her life, she would have laughed.
"Please, I need to be with her. I love her," I say, surprising myself and Blaire by the shock in her eyes.
"It's ok," She gasps out, taking off the mask of oxygen they put on her,"I know him."
"Ok... Umm," she stutters.
"Blaire," she interrupt.
"Ok Blaire," she talks quickly like we're in a rush to get somewhere. Oh ya, that's right! We are in a rush to get somewhere. "Who is this man and Who is he to you?"
"He's my..... Husband," she manages to gasp out before she goes unconscious.
The paramedics start rushing around trying to get to the hospital and stabilize Blaire when all of a sudden, you hear the unmistakable noise of a flat line. I start to cry, and one paramedic starts doing CPR while the other is getting the defibrillator.
"Charge to 200," the female paramedic who tried kicking me off, orders. She must be the head of all of them.
When the charge of 200 doesn't work, they charge to 250. That doesn't work either. They try once more.
The female paramedic stops and looks down at her watch glumly," Time of death 13:39. I'm sorry for your loss sir."
I start to sob when all of a sudden, I jump up and start doing CPR. I'm not letting her die. I refuse it. The paramedics are trying to pull me off when we hear a short, small beep. Then another, then another, and another, till they start coming continually.
"She's alive," I pointed," her heartbeat is slow and barely there but it's there bitches!"
They look at me like I just killed a kitten.
"Sorry about my crude language," I apologize," but I'm just ecstatic about this. I mean wouldn't you be?"
It was a rhetorical question but they nod and murmur 'yes' anyways.
We arrive at the hospital and the trauma surgeons take her and do surgery immediately. I call Luca and her mother and tell them what happened. Jeannette, my mother-in-law, couldn't get off, but Luca is rushing into the waiting room asking questions before I can even get my phone back in my pocket. There is something going on between them. I just know it. They're too close to be just friends, but not close enough to be considered brother and sister. I have to watch my back with him.
