1) You know that feeling were you just can't calm down,you feel like your gonna explode with tears or anger and frustration.But your mind is like what are you doing?! Calm down this is a normal situation !!!!
Yeah boii that's called a panic attack.
How to deal with them: Try to take deep breaths and say that everything is fine! If that doesn't work try to get out of that situation,if your are in class ask to go to the bathroom and try to calm down there.Have a friend to comfort you, or if you want to be alone.Be alone. Just don't try to contain it. It's just going to make it worse. It's best to have a friend that has gone through or is going through the same thing as well to be there;the best friends always know when your having one.
2)DO NOT PUSH US TO DO SOMETHING WE DONT WANT TO DO BECAUSE THAT JUST GIVES ME SO MUCH STRESS AND LIKE STOP ✋
