Lily-Luna Potter's Point of View
"LILY! WAKE UP! WE ARE GOING TO DIAGON ALLEY!" I laughed as I rolled out of bed. James, my oldest brother, could be so silly sometimes. I was so excited to go to Diagon Alley. Sure, we go there every Sunday, but that's just Mum, Dad, Albus, and me. When all of my family comes, it makes me feel warm inside. I'm sure we would meet more often, but fitting 27, sometimes more, people in one place is a very difficult task. Thankfully, I'm the youngest in my family so no one has to keep track of any crazy toddlers. Anyway, I put on a maroon long sleeve shirt, a brown skirt, knee-high tan socks, my dark brown boots, a dark green faux leather jacket, and my favorite tan infinity scarf. I always dress my best when we go to Diagon Alley. I just love it, really. Suddenly, my mind wandered to Aunt Hermione. Why wasn't she answering my letters? I had just decided to write another one when someone banged on my door.
"Lily! Are you coming or what? Mum won't let us eat breakfast without you, and James is getting angry!" I laughed at Albus' voice. He was always really scared of James. I quickly brushed my flaming red hair, shocked to see that I had brown highlights.
"That's very peculiar." I commented.
"Lils, now is not the time for big words. We have a starving teenager downstairs who will eat someone if you don't come with me right now!" I giggled again. Boys. I stood up, strolled down the stairs, and into the kitchen.
"Morning Mum! Morning Dad!" I hugged my father who was reading the paper.
"Good morning, Princess. What is putting you in such a good mood?" He chuckled.
"Daddy, you know! We're going to Diagon Alley today!" I said like it was obvious.
"Of course! Now, do you have allowance? Remember, Mummy and I will buy you lunch and one toy. Everything else is coming from your piggy bank." I nodded. It was the same drill every time. I opened my mouth to speak, but then I noticed the bacon and eggs Mum had put in front of me. I immediately started gobbling them down, to excited to talk.

"Okay, listen up! This year we are not going to stick together in Diagon Alley. You will get a partner and set off to go shopping! We will meet in front of Gringotts at 12:30 for lunch, and then again at 4:30 to go home. So everyone pair up, except I want Fred with me and James with Albus."
"Why do I have be stuck with you, Grandpa?"
"Fred, we all remember what happened to Zonko's when you and James hung around each other!" I said with a snort. Boys. Again.
"So, Lily, looks like you got stuck with me!" Rose said. I was so lost in thought I didn't even realize that we had already chosen partners! Do get me wrong, I love Rose, but she feels like being 2 years older means she has complete control over me! I tried not to seem disappointed as she pulled me to the wand shop.
"Let's go get my wand!" I sighed. This was going to be a long day.

We had just finished lunch when the real problem occurred.
"Lily, we are going to get ice-cream now. Come on, follow me!" She started skipping in the direction of the ice-cream parlor. I ran after my cousin.
"Rosie! I don't think that's the best idea!" I panted. "Why don't we go get your books? The shop's right over there!" I pointed down the road. She gasped.
"Luna, darling, I just thought of the greatest thing! Why don't I go get us some ice-cream, while you buy my books? Here's 25 galleons. Go crazy! But not too crazy!" With that she skipped away, leaving me dumbstruck. I decided that the best thing to do was go to Uncle George's new shop in hopes of being safer. I ran down the street, and immediately knew I had took a wrong turn. It suddenly got gloomier, and the people looked at me eerily. Spinning around, I ran into someone.
"Sorry." I mumbled.
"Watch where you're going, you little-" The person I ran into gasped in shock. "Hmm...Fiery red hair, ragtag clothes, you must be another Weasley!" I shook my head. "No?" He asked. "Then you're that Potter girl, aren't you?"
"And you must be so smart! Oh wait, that can't be, you're a Malfoy."
"No one asked you for your opinion, Potty. Now Goyle, Nott, let's show our guest how we do it here." All of a sudden, the 2 boys circled me, taking my things and calling me names.
"Is that my daughter your messing with?" A voice boomed. Goyle, Nott, and Malfoy ran away shrieking like fangirls. (😉)
"Daddy! I cried, running to my father.
"Lily-Luna Potter, what were you thinking? Knockturn Alley is not safe for young girls. You could've been hurt." I started sobbing.
"I'm s-so s-s-sorry!" I bawled. "R-rose went to g-get ice-cream for us and I w-was trying to find Uncle George's s-shop and I-I ended up here." I stuck my head into my dad's shoulder. He picked me up.
"It's okay, Princess. I was just worried that you were hurt. Now, let's get out of here and find Rose. Deal?"
"Deal."
