"Batgirl?"
"Yeah?"
"I want you to know something in case we don't make it out of here alive."
"Shoot."
"You've been my best friend since I was nine, so if you go down, I go down."
"That's nice, now come on, I think I hear Kaldur." Barbara grabbed Dick's arm and started pulling him behind an alcove.
The whole team were at the sharpshooting simulator in Green Arrow's Bunker. It was like a serious game of Laser Tag, just without aliens and light effects, and pellets instead of lasers.
Wally had wanted to do Laser Tag for his birthday (sometimes it really is hard to believe he's sixteen), but it would blow everyone's cover if two of them could use a bow at Green Arrow levels, one could break the sound barrier in sneakers, two more had Batman's skills, one could shape shift, one could stop a bus with one hand, one could do magic, one could use kinetic energy, and one had gills.

"We need to get to high ground." Dick whispered to Barbara. "Stealth?"
"Wait..." She pulled up blueprints of the arena on her wrist. "Okay, follow me, and watch my back." The pair began running down a ramp, with Dick checking behind them at every turn. Just as they began climbing a ladder, he grabbed her waist and pulled her behind a wall and slammed his hand over her mouth. They stood there as footsteps echoed around the hallway they had just been in, and judging by the speed of them, it was Wally and Artemis.
"Hey, guys." The speedster poked his head around. Instantly, he had two blasters aimed at him. "Woah, woah, woah. Alliance? Miss M, Supes and the others already teamed up." Barbara and Dick gave each other a look. To any normal person, it would look like they were having a Telepathic conversation.
"Okay, whatever. But you shoot one of us, and you won't see the light of day." Barbara pushed passed him. "This way."

"Artemis, snipe them out!" Dick ordered. But before the blonde could even aim her gun, Conner turned and they almost instantly had a rain of pellets showering their head. "Get down!" Barbara crawled to a small gap, and aimed her blaster. She wasn't on Roy or Artemis level, but she could hit a target. She pulled the trigger, but M'gann density shifted at the last second.

"Ah, Robin?" Barbara asked.
"You have our position away, didn't you?" Dick sighed.
"Excuse me for trying to win." She paused for a second. "I mean, these pellets freaking hurt."
"Yeah yeah. Got a way out, Girl Wonder?" Wally interrupted.
"Down that hatch." Barbara pointed to a barely noticeable square in the ground. Artemis pulled it open, and all four of them crawled inside.
"Air vents. Gotta love 'em!" Dick whispered.
"Shut up and turn left." Barbara growled.
"Yeah, you two were the ones that gave us away." Artemis agreed.
"Just go."

"I hit Supes!" Wally cheered quietly. The Kryptonian was punching a hole in a wall out of anger.
"That's great, Baywatch. Maybe you can get the others too." Artemis sighed.
"It's not my fault Zatanna and Raquel made that forcefield thing!" He threw his hands in the air.
"Is that even in the rules?" Dick pondered.
"Let's just find a way to disable it." Barbara interrupted. "See, it's a two-way thing. We can't hit them with the forcefield, but they can't hit us."
"So we need a target?" Wally asked. "Someone who would be hard to hit?" Everyone looked at him. "Oh sure, make the fast kid the diversion while everyone else gets all the fun." He pouted.
"Shut up." Artemis elbowed him.

"Yoo-hoo! Up here!" Wally yelled, waving. He dodged the pellets. "Nope! Missed! Better luck next time!" Barbara, Dick and Artemis shot their blasters at exactly the same time, hitting the three girls.
"We won!" Dick cheered.
"Good game." M'gann congratulated. "Now, who wants cookies?"
