Madison's POV

Just wonderful. Just look who came to visit us. I bet he is just going to laugh at us or make fun of us or something.

"Hey guys" Jeremy said.

"Get the freak out of here jeremy," I said.

"But--"

"Shut up". Thania said.

Clara was making a really weird face. She makes some weird faces, but they are usually to be funny. This one, no so funny.

This face was kind of screwed up, what? Why were her lip puckering, now openeing--

SPLAT!

Eww!!!!! Clara just spit in Jeremy's face!

''Yuck!" Jeremy exclaimed.

Clara grinned proudly to herself. U was trying to hold my laugh the best I could, but Thania was just LOLing.

Jeremy quickly wiped the spit off of his face. Oh my gosh. He looked so funny cuz he was so disgusted.

I couldn't hold it I anymore. I burst out laughing.

"You guys are sick." Jeremy said. "I was going to bail you out, but I guess not. "

Ehat? He was going to bail us out? The girls just had a shocked look on their face. I was the one who finally came to reality and yelled 'wait'!

Jeremy turned around with a perplexed look on his face.

"Oh, so you still want me to bail you iut?" Jeremy asked.

"Yes"! All three if us screamed at the same time.

"Do you have enough money for all three of us though?" Clara asked.

"Well, I have all my my money, birthday money, Christmas money, and not to mention, I actually have a job ya know, for the mall" Jeremy stated. "But in not sure if I want to spend it all on you guys..."

Ok. He was just teasing us now. I knew he was going to bail us out no matter what.

But he wasn't finished.

"Yes"! Clara yelled.

"Ok",Jeremy agreed. We all sighed with relief. But i still had the feeling that there was going to be a catch.

"Under one condition" I was right. There was a catch.

"And that is...?" Clara was getting anxious now.

Jeremy turned towards Clara. " you have to kiss me for 5 minutes, and act like you enjoy it. You can't hurt me afterwards and you can't look disgusted. You know what? I change my mind. 10 minutes. Yes. Ten minutes you will have to kiss me." Jeremy said.

Why? Why would he want to kiss Clara? I thought they were mortal enemies. Wait. Why did he even kiss her in the fist place? Uh oh....

Clara was mortified. She couldn't speak, she did not want to kiss Jeremy for ten minutes and act like she enjoyed it.

Clara still unable to speak, finally says something.

"Why would you want me to kiss you"? She asks, curiously.

"Well, unm...." Jeremy stutters.

I decide to speak up. " are you seriously stuttering? First you kiss her in the middle of the mall and now you want to kiss her for ten full minutes. And you don't want her to know ehy? Seriously! It is totally obvious. "

God. Jeremy is freak'n obnoxious sometimes.

"Fine"! Jeremy shouts. "I'll tell you"

Clara looked as if she was going to flip out.

''I-- I l-love y-ou" Jeremy is stuttering like crazy.

Clara is shocked, so is Thania and I.

Clara gulps really loudly. "F-fine. I'll kiss you." Clara agreed. I can't believe it. Clara actually agreed

"Clara are you crazy"?! Thania asks Clara.

"We'll we have to get out someway. We have that Demi concert tomorrow. " Clara explains.

Clara looks like she is going to puke. Even I feel like barfing just thinking if what my best friend has to do.

"Ok, I'll bail you out." Jeremy says. He walks away. About fifteen minutes later, a cop walks over with a key. He unlocks us.

"Today is you lucky day girls. YIU don't even have to stay here two hours. " the cop tells us.

He lets us out and guides us to the door.

He opens it for us and we leave the prison that smells like wet dog and put sweat with Jeremy.

We have to walk back to the mall to get our car but Jeremy offers to take us. Thania was just about to agree until Clara said "no we will walk. I don't want to spend anymore time with you than I already have to."

I nod and Thania shrugs. Jeremy sighs sadly but he lets us go.

We walk back towards the mall.

Clara starts to cry. I feel so bad for her.

Me and Thania stop walking and hug Clara. Clara just sits on the sidewalk with her head in her hands. She is shaking from crying which makes me and Thania hug her even harder.

My best friend had to kiss her mortal enemy. Her enemy loved her! He said he loved her! Yuck! I rub Clara's back and sigh.

Poor, poor Clara.

Awww😞 poor clara. She has such good friends though. I would love friends like them!

Oh wait!!

I already do!! And they are the same people! Except, the are twelve, not 18.
