I pulled a blanket over Cato a propped his head on a pillow. I kissed his forehead and left him in peace. I went to the front car and got him some pain relievers and some miracle medicine from the capitol. Then I went to the dinner car and got him a fruit smoothie. To my surprise, there were only 5 people on the whole train. But then I remembered. Random people just can't get on trains. Snow must have set this up. He let me get Cato. He let me get on the train. He knew we would head back to D2 and Snow would be waiting. I started to panic as I headed back towards our car.

I got back to our room and saw that Cato was awake lying on his back staring at the ceiling. I calmed myself, not wanting to scare him and sat next to him. He looked at me, his blue eyes piercing my heart and he let out a sigh of relief.

"Here take this, it will help you feel better." I said holding him a spoonful of syrup to his mouth. It took him a while to open it. I then realized that it wasn't broken just out of line. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by putting it back in place.

"Thank You." He replied in a whimper. He sat up and siped the medicine down. A foul expression came over his face. I couldn't help but let out a soft giggle.

"Taste like sugar?" I said while laughing a little.

"Tastes good" Said while gagging on the liquid. I smiled but then reality came and slapped me in the face. I had to figure out how to get us out of here. I couldn't risk him getting hurt again. Cato must have seen my expression because he stopped gagging and looked at me, eyes filled with worry. "What's wrong?" he questioned.

"Nothing, just trying to figure out what to do." At Least this time I only partially lied to him.

"Everything will be ok." The words sunk into my heart. I had been longing for them for so long and I finally got them. I sat there and smiled because he was right. No matter what, Snow couldn't keep us apart. he proved it himself. He threw us in the arena and I managed to stay alive. He tortured us both physically and mentally. And we are togther. In the end we will we together. I layed down next to Cato and he wrapped his arm around me. "I will always love you" he whispered into my ear. I fell in a deep sleep. I felt safe and secure. It was the first time in forever that I was truly happy.
