"Thanks babe, he is such a douche."

"No problem, but Phoebe mentioned something to me..."

"What did she say?" Riley said nervously, but with anger in her eyes.

"She said that you lost your virginity to Michael. Did you?"

"Yeah, I did..."

Chapter Ten

"Dylan wait!" I felt the tears come to my eyes. He stormed off, and I tried to run after him, but he was too fast. I couldn't handle all of my emotions, so I ran into the restroom and I began to bawl. Just then, I saw Phoebe and her group of minions walk in and began to smirk.

"What's wrong Ryl's?"

"Look, just leave my alone..." I said turning away.

"I warned you that I didn't care who I hurt," she said snickering with her minions laughing in the background. Just then I felt a cold liquid rush down my body. Phoebe just poured toilet water all over me. She's such a bitch, but I don't want anymore drama. She and her group eventually left and I heard the bell for first period, and I headed over to Chemistry.

As I walk into the classroom, Dylan isn't sitting at our table.

I go through the whole day without seeing Dylan...if only he'd let me explain what really happened.

Dylan's pov

"Yeah, I did..." she said.

I couldn't believe what I am hearing. I couldn't handle myself and I storm off to my motorcycle and sped off. I was driving for about two hours until I finally reached the cemetery to see my brother. I always come here every month or so to clear my head. I know I should hear Riley out...but I don't know what she can say to change my perspective on her. Out of all of the fucking people, it had to be Michael, I knew how much he was in love with her from the moment we started "dating." Just after about three hours of sitting by my brother, James, and I get a call from Riley. I decide to pick up.

"What do you want?"

"Look, can I just explain to you what happened..." the line got silent for a few moments.

"I don't know what you can say to change my mind, but I guess so...meet me at my place in two hours."

*knock knock*

"It's open!"

"Hey..." Riley said staring down at the floor. I can see the redness and puffiness in her eyes, I could tell she's been crying.

We sit down on the couch and we were silent for a few minutes.

"Look you wanted to explain, so explain," I said.

"So, last year after Tyler cheated on me, I went to Lindsay's house bawling my eyes out, and I started to drink heavily from the cabinet of alcohol her parents have, since they work in the alcohol industry. And after many beers and cups of vodka, Michael showed up cause he was coming back from the gym, and I felt hurt and betrayed by Tyler, so I threw myself at Michael, and I was drunk and stupid, and that's why Michael's in love with me." She looked so broken and so hurt telling the story, that I couldn't help myself but to forgive her.

"Do you love Michael?" I asked, hoping for a no.

"No, I was just drunk and stu--," I couldn't help myself but interrupt her and smash my lips into hers tasting the salt from her tears.

I think I'm falling in love with Riley Davidson...

"Hey shortcake, I have a dentist appointment this morning, so I can't pick you up for school, sorry babe xoxo."

Ugh, I have to go to school defenseless...I swear if I'm attacked by Phoebe or Aidan.

As I walk into school, I'm approached by Michael. I try to avoid him, but he walks right up to me.

"Hey I heard what happened, can we talk?"
