Chapter 29

CHAPTER 29

~The day before Niall and the boys come back for the VMA's~

*Darleen's POV*

"Hey I'm going to the store. You guys want anything?" I asked. Tomorrow Niall comes back! I need to fill the house with food.

"Nah." They all said in unison. It's Friday afternoon. Shania and my brothers are being lazy.

"Ok be back in like in an hour." I said slipping on my TOMS and walking out the door. On my way to the market the radio played 'I Would' by the boys! I sang along. Good thing I had the windows closed. The song kept reminding me of Niall. Omc! I miss him so much. I finally get to market and park. I grab a cart and go around the isles. I get everything from cookies to chicken to crisps for Niall. I walk to the cashier. I look at the magazines and one catches my eyes. It was Niall kissing some barbie!

I grab the magazine and buy it. How could he do this? Who am I kidding I saw this coming. As soon as I pay I put everything in the trunk. As I was driving I held back the tears. When I got home I didn't even bring in the stuff. I grab the magazine from the seat hide it under my sweatshirt. I walking.

"Hey where's the food." Caleb asks.

"In my car. I'm going upstairs to sleep I don't feel well." I say. I begin to walk upstairs when someone grabs my wrist. I turn around to see Shania with a worried look.

"What wrong?" She asks.

"I'm on my time of month. Don't worry." I snap at her. She flinches and sighs. She turns around and walks away. I run in the room and lock the door. I take the magazine out and begin to read.

'Niall Horan, from one of the biggest boyband in the world, was seen kissing a fan. Niall and the boys are finishing up their tour after finishing up Los Angeles. They seemed pretty close. The photographer said "Even after I took the photo they kept kissing for about 2 more minutes." Well by the looks of the photo it seem as if Niall was kissing back. Look out Directioners looks like Niall is officially taken!'

By the time I was finished reading the rest of the article I was in tears. I knew he didn't like me. I knew it! He just played with my heart. I decide to take a picture with my phone and send it to Niall.

After sending it I began to cry again. I decide to take a shower. I jump in and just stand there. After about 10 minutes of just standing I clean up and wrap a towel around my body. I go to my bag and pick out my under clothes and then throw on some sweats and my 'Fuck You' T-Shirt. I sit on the bed and check my phone. I have 9 missed calls from Niall, 3 from Liam, 2 from Harry, 4 from Louis, 1 from Zayn. I also have 4 texts from Niall and 1 from Liam.

I check Liam's message first.

From Liamm:

Hey Niall is a mess. Call him would you babe?

To Liamm:

For what? For him to give me a stupid excuse. I knew he'd do this eventually. He just played with my heart.

Then I check Niall's messages. I changed Niall's contact name to just Niall.

From Niall:

It's not what seems

From Niall:

Please lets talk

From Niall:

Babe please answer.

From Niall:

I'm sorry! I know I was stupid but let me explain.

I decide to answer.

To Niall:

Yeah sure its not what it seems. You're just kissing a girl when you're dating me. And I don't want to hear your stupid explanations. We're done

I cried some more then my phone beeped meaning I got a message. Liam.

From Liamm:

Please speak to him. He's crying. I can't stand to see him like this.

To Liamm:

Imagine me! I've been through a shit load. Yet he decides to play with my already broken heart.

From Liamm:

I know. He was stupid but please at least let him explain.

To Liamm:

Fine but I'm not calling him!

Less than a minute later. Niall called me. I pick up.

"Hello! Darleen babe I'm SO SORRY." He said. Bullsh*t!

"I'm listening only for Liam." I replied coldly.

"Babe. I didn't kiss her! She kissed me."

"Really cause you didn't pull back and you it looks like your kissing back!" I spat at him.

"I swear I didn't I was walking around she came up to me for an autograph. Then out nowhere she kissed me."

"And you didn't pull back." I quietly.

"I... Umm... I-" He began. I knew it.

"I thought so..." I said simply. I hung up. I turned off my phone. I cried and cried until I had no more tears. I finally began to feel my eyes heavy. I let the sweet darkness take over.

*Niall's POV*

I messed up bad! I was so stupid why didn't I pull back. Now Darleen hates me. I hurt her after I told her I never would! I cried and cried.

I felt like I was being shaked. It was Liam.

"C'mon mate we have to leave to the airport."

"Ok."

"Lad cheer up. You'll see her and maybe you can fix things. We can help you out."

"You're right!" I exclaimed. He was right. I have a plan to get her back but I'm going to need their help. I hope I can fix things.
