Logan's POV

" Hey Jay what's up?" I asked as I answered an incoming call from Jason.

I haven't really talked to Jason lately thanks to my Nick and Kyle situation so it's good to get my mind off them for a bit.

" Nothing...can we meet up someone please?" He asked.

" Uh sure where?" I asked.

" How about Timmies?" He suggested. " Since we always go to Starbucks." He adds.

" Ight ill meet you there in 5 minutes." I said hanging up.

I quickly got dressed and grabbed all my things before wandering into the kitchen to find Kale eating toast.

" I'm going to meet Jason at timmies. I'll be home in a few hours." I said and she gave me a look.

" What?" I asked confused. She just laughed.

" Logan I'm not your wife! You don't need to tell me everything about your life." She teased. I blushed furiously and stuck my tongue out at her.

" Bye." She muttered smirking as I left.

I hopped into my truck and was just about to drive off when my phone rang again.

" Hello?" I answered somewhat annoyed.

" You need to come by later Logan." Nick sniffed from the other end and I felt bad. " I'm sorry for the way I acted at the movies ok? Please come over later?"

" Fine." I agreed.

" Ok bye babe." He hung up. I instantly regretted it.

" Ugh!!!" I screamed and put my head in my hands. I took a few breaths to calm myself down and wiped away a few tears that fell before driving off.

" Hey Logan over here!" Jason waved me over after I bought an ice cap from the cashier. I walked to the booth and sat across from him.

" How ya been man?" I asked sighing. Jason sighed too.

" Shitty to be honest. My so called girlfriends been bitching at me about the drugs; which I've stopped, and to be honest I don't wanna be with her but I am just for the baby and in stressed as fuck." He grumbled.

" We'll how long have you been sober?" I asked sipping my ice cap

" Since I last talked to you so about a month." He calculated.

" That long eh? Sorry I haven't been talking to you much man I've had shit with Kyle and Nick going on." I mumbled.

" What's up with them?" He asked.

" Kyle kissed me and told me he wants me back but I can't seem to get rid of Nick." I explained. Jason nodded.

" And I promised Nick I'd go to his house and talk to him later." I muttered.

" Logan you need to just end it with Nick and get your life back on track. Your boyfriend shouldn't hurt you." Jason said.

" I know." I gave him a weak smile. " Ill end it with Nick tonight. I promise."

" Good. You deserve a good guy." He gave me a reassuring smile. I smiled genuinely back and stood up.

" Thanks Jay sorry I haven't been talking to you much, we gotta get together like this more often." I said. He nodded.

" It's alright man and ya." Jason agreed and ruffled my hair. I swatted his hand away and stuck my tongue out at him.

" Wiener." I muttered. He laughed.
