We've been practising for the past 5 days and if you ask me, I have pretty much mastered the steps that were taught to me. I am feeling so proud of myself right now. The good thing is that I didn't have to take days off from work as my manager allowed me to work part time for a whole week, which was incredibly kind of him.
Hurray for me!
But my feet are literally killing me. Dancing in heels is basically like walking on burning coal for me. I will definitely not be able to walk for a week at least.

When I walked into the hall of Ouran high school I didn't recognise the place at all. It was decorated so magnificently that it looked just like the halls they show in all the Disney princess movies. The yellow lights from the big spotlight, covered the middle of the hall. The lights from the smaller spot lights covered the rest of the hall. The dark grey curtains of the big windows on both side of the halls were replaced by maroon coloured, silk curtains. One side of the room had chairs and round tables arranged, chairs covered in maroonish red and tables with white cloth. The other side of the hall had cameras and music deck ready. The wooden floor was shining like a newly polished car giving an enchanting feeling to the hall. All in all, the entire hall looked AMAZING!
I was dressed in a long, silky gold, sequins dress, where the top was covered in sparkles and a silk ribbon tied around my waist that Amelia gave me a day before.
My hair were tied in a bun, my fringe loosely covering my forehead and at the bottom there were numerous curls hanging freely from it. My face was covered in heavy make up. I thought so as I was not being used to wearing make up, I felt like I was carrying a 100 tonne weight on my face but in reality, the bold shades, red lipstick and dramatic eye liner were the reason why I felt as if my make up was heavy as I always go for a more natural look. My ears were adorned with a pair of long, sleek golden earrings that came with a matching necklace and bracelet. The jewellery made me appear more elegant.
I was glancing through the hall, taking in its beauty when my gaze stopped at Adrian. He was looking strikingly handsome. He was looking like a prince in a white t-shirt and black pants and I felt like a princess myself. I didn't realise that I was staring at him idiotically, with my mouth open. He clicked his finger in front of my face crashing my day dream of prince and princess.
'You alright?' he asked tilting his head slightly to one side.
'Yh!' I sighed, 'J-just a bit... nervous.' I managed to give him a smile as I was actually feeling hell of a lot nervous; nervous enough to have a heart attack. Luckily there weren't many people; just me, Adrian, Amelia and my friends who invited themselves.
Stupid Akiko and her big mouth!'I cursed her internally as she was the one who told all of our friends when I accidently told her about it. Thank goodness she didn't tell the whole world. Now all my friends will see me perform, yay! Note the sarcasm.
'You are looking beautiful,' he whispered moving closer to me. I blushed. 'And you are looking... quite dashing yourself,' I said grinning trying to hide my blush. 'Why thank you M'Lady,' Adrian gave a slight laugh as he bowed and went to Amelia who was waving at us from the other corner of the hall. I let out a sigh, closing my eyes and turned towards Amelia.
'Woooow Aura!' I heard everyone screaming together as I approached them, carefully holding my dress from the both sides. 'You look fabulous Aura!' said Akiko and everyone agreed. 'Thanks guys,' I spoke shyly as I stared at my feet. 'Ok guys, we don't have much time so we need to start right away,' announced Amelia while shooing us to our positions.
