I arrived at the college 30 minutes early today and started looking for 'him'.

What would I say to him? I wondered. Well, I just want to return his wallet that's all. I told myself. But what would he think of me?... He would probably think, why I kept his wallet for so many days? I thought.

'Hey Aura!!!' Akiko's squeaky voice broke me out of my thoughts. 'How was your weekend?' she asked as she came up to hug me.

'Busy as usual.' I whispered as I hugged back.

'Mine was great!' squealed Akiko while clinging to my left arm. 'I went to visit my Aunt Laura and had a great time with her,' she declared with a wide grin on her face.

'That's great.' I gave her a smile as we started walking towards our tutor class in the building left to the main gate.

The left side of the college was under construction as they have finally decided to change that old, ghostly building in to something better. I was struggling in my head whether I should ask someone about 'him' or not, in the tutor class.

No! They would conclude the wrong meaning. I contemplated. I should just look for him myself.

I was lost in my thoughts when Akiko jerked me and said,

'Come on we have Mrs Becky, she would kill us if we get late,' as she started dragging me to the door.

                                                                       ------------------------------

It was lunch time now so I decided to go look for 'him' as I didn't find anytime earlier.

'Akiko you go on and have lunch,' I shouted while running out of the building. 'I'll join you later.' As I turned my head forward I bumped into someone. 'OUCH!' I cried holding my nose and looked up to see the face of the person I bumped into.

My jaw dropped open in disbelief to find the very same person standing in front of me for whom I've been looking for the past few hours.

'Adrian Macbay... finally!' I shouted.

However, he just stared at me with a curious look, Probably thinking of me as a nutter.

'I mean,' I said lowering my voice, realising that I got the attention of everyone passing by, 'Err... h-here.' I took his wallet out of my backpack and held it in front of him. 'You left it in the cafe on Saturday.'

'Oh!' He replied calmly taking his wallet out of my hand. 'Thank you... Aura.' 'How....do you know...my name?' I peered at his face.

'We are in the same tutor class,' he justified.

'We are?' I asked quietly. 'But I didn't see you today.'

'That's because I was late,' he told me.

I felt a bit guilty that we were in the same class and I never noticed him. Well, I sort of cut myself off from the rest of the world after my father's tragic death and started focusing on just studies.

A silence fell between us for few seconds.

'Well, I should go now my friend must be waiting for me,' I uttered. 'So... see you around.' I left waving at him while he just stood there with an expressionless face, watching me leave.

It was freezing cold and the worst part was the rain. The sky was covered with heavy, grey clouds creating a dull atmosphere. I cursed myself for not bringing my umbrella with me. The wind was blowing hard pushing me forward and blowing my hair in various directions all over my face. I had only been walking home for a few minutes when a bicycle came out of nowhere and startled me. I looked up to with an annoyed face and found myself looking into an abyss of blue eyes. I could recognise those eyes anywhere. I sure have been seeing them pretty much every time I close my eyes. I closed my eyes after realising that I had been staring with a frown on my face. I opened my eyes quickly when I heard him say,
