Standing at the bottom of the stairs, I waited for what seemed like hours. How long did it take to get ready? Wait, this is Hanna we are talking about... It's gonna be a while.

Pulling up the sleeve of my tuxedo, I looked at my watch. 6:47. We still had time. I shuffled my feet uncomfortably. I hate waiting.

Looking up, I studied my reflection in the mirror opposite me. There I was, standing there in a white shirt, black tux and my longish brown hair. And a smile. Something I didn't often use to see.

I heard a soft "ahem" from the too if the stairs and I whisked my head around. To lay my eyes on the most beautiful girl in the world! Hanna stood there, slender hand on the bannister, and she had never looked more radiant. Her pearly white teeth shone through the slight gap in her pink lips, make up pristinely done and blonde hair in a bun, fastened with a glittering hair clip. And then there was her dress. The most beautiful dress she could have ever chosen. Light blue and sparkling around the chest, then flowing elegantly down to her ankles.

She began to descend the stairs, slightly flicking her feet forward to reveal black, glittering heals beneath her dress. I was transfixed. She was just gorgeous!

She reached the bottom of the staircase and came to stand in front of me. "You look... Amazing. Just amazing." I managed to say. She looked more than that, but I just couldn't find the words to tell her. She was just beautiful.
