Mamas palace

Nick and I drove in silence for the rest of the day. I fell in and out of sleep but Nick never stopped driving to rest, he stayed alert. We drove for 2 days and arrived on the 3rd day. The whole time I kept trying to figure out how Nick knew her. I was so confused but for some reason..... I trusted him enough to keep my mouth shut.

I felt the car stop and then talking. It was muffled talking because the door was closed. I kept my eyes shut and pretended to stay asleep as I tried to make out voices. One was Nicks and the other was an unfamiliar male.

About 10 minute later I hear Nick getting back in the car and driving further. Gates creak and slide open. Soon the car stops. My door opens and I'm in Nicks arms. That's when I opened my eyes.

The first thing I saw was Nicks silver ice blue eyes. I looked up at him as he looked forward not glancing down at me and carried me up stairs. I looked around and saw chandeliers that were so beautiful that it seemed as if I were still asleep and they were just a dream. The whole stair case looked as if it were tore out of beauty and the beast. I half way expected tea cups to hop over to me and ask me how many sugar cubes I wanted.

Finally Nick made it up the stairs and through a hallway that was just as extravagant as everything else. We walked until we got to a door with a well built man standing there. He opened the door and Nick carried me inside. This room looked like heaven. The bed was huge. It could've fit the whole Brady Bunch family and a guest. There were amillion pillows. The whole room was themed in black, and teal.......my favorite colors.

Nick carried me to the bed and pulled back the covers laying me down, he then tucked me in and layed a kiss on my forehead. "Rest" he whispered in my ear then he left the room, the body builder closing the door behind him.

I so wanted to get up and tour the house but I knew better. Nick told me to rest, and I didn't want to disobey. I closed my eyes and drifted back to sleep....

So sorry I haven't updated in a while, but I'm back. I hope all of you (171 reads <3 Thank you all) are still reading my book!! There's lots more to come so please keep reading. Also sorry about the short chapter. I understand it's not as exciting but I will make up for that later, I PROMISE. :D
