I wake up on another metal table and quickly assume that I'm back at TCRI. I got up cautiously and tried to walk but I fell over my own feet. I wait for impact, it never came. Instead I felt arms around me and I look up to see reddish-brown eyes. I yelp in surprise causing the person to drop me on the ground. I groan. I got up and looked to see who dropped me. It was... Donnie? He rubbed the back of his neck in slight discomfort.
"Sorry, for dropping you, Faith," He said but then appeared that he forgot my name. I giggle.
"It's not your fault, Donnie. It's actually me scaring you it was only the first reaction that came to mind," I said.
He just gave me a look saying it was his fault. Okay, does he take everyone's fall and blame it on himself?
"Do you always do this," I ask.
"Do what," Donnie asked in complete confusion.
"I mean, take someone else's fall and blame nobody but yourself," I stated.
He shook his head. A door opened and I ran behind Donnie. God, I can be very childish at times. I looked over his shoulder as much as I could since he was really tall. I see a little bit of red, orange, and blue. I just assume it's the others and step out from behind him. I look up and saw the others. I wave shyly. Mikey runs over to me and scopes me up in a bear hug. I struggle to breathe and my rib cage isn't helping.
"Thank god you're alive dudette," he exclaimed.
"Not dising the hug or anything but can you put me down I can't breathe," I exclaimed between gasps.
"Sorry," Mikey whispered as he put me down.
I gave him a reassuring look causing him to smile. Just that kind smile causes everyone else to smile. Leo approached us.
"Sorry, he's a bit of a hugger," Leo apologized.
"It's fine," I say. "By the way where are we?"
"The sewers," Leo answers.
I put my hand on my hip just now noticing the brace on my stomach area. I look down and saw it. It was a brace that is red, more like a crimson red. I look back up at the Turtles. Raph still hasn't said a word.
"He will eventually come around," Leo whispers.
"He doesn't seem to like me much," I whisper back.
"He also acted like this when we first April," Donnie said blushing at the name April.
Who ever this April person was Donnie seemed to like her more than a friend. Is she another mutant? Most likely. I guess I'll have to wait.
"Do you know any other mutants," Mikey asked.
I had a flash back from when I was in Dimension X and the Crocodile mutant that never told me his name.
"Yeah," I answer the question.
"What's his name," another question from Mikey.
"He never told me his name. He was a crocodile mutant," I answer tears threatening to start pouring for some odd reason. "He saved my life."
"You know the mutant sounds sorta like Leatherhead," Leo said.
"Where did he save you from and who did he save you from," Donnie asked.
