|2 weeks later|

It had been two weeks since Elliot found out about Olivia cheating on him. Ever since he hasn't talked to her. Not even at work. Every attempt she tried to talk to him he ignored it, he would sleep in the living room now, every morning he'd get ready and make breakfast for everyone. He would pack up the kid's lunches and bags then kiss them goodbye.

He would leave the house early now, and come home late. He never took the same car as her. He didn't share the same bed as her. It was like they were just roommates. He just couldn't look at her without his anger showing or tears threatening to fall. This was taking a toll on his marriage but he just couldn't look or talk to her. He just couldn't do it.

Olivia had been a wreck the two weeks. She cried every night to herself. She didn't eat. She would show up to work late with bags under her eyes and puffy red eyes from crying. She didn't attempt to look nice each day. She would throw on any outfit and head out with the kids.

She felt broken. Her marriage was falling apart, she didn't even know how to save it. Every attempt she would try to make he'd ignore her. When Elliot walked out that day, her other half was gone. Her partner. Her best friend. Her husband. Gone.

Everyday at work she had to work with Fin because Captain orders from Elliot. She didn't work well. She kept to herself more. She had this one secret she didn't know how to even tell Elliot. She didn't know if he'd get mad or be happy. She didn't want to risk it.

She walked in Monday morning and scribbled on a sticky note. She had a doctors appointment she couldn't miss. She finished writing and placed it on Elliot's desk. She knew he wouldn't talk. This was how she had to communicate with him. If he wasn't going to talk then she had to do it this way. He looked at her when she stood there. He moved his hand motioning for her to leave.

She didn't say anything and left in a hurry. She couldn't wait to get out of there.

Elliot looked at her as she walked out. He shook his head and went back to work. What was her doctors appointment about? Was something wrong? She did look a little pale. She looked a little like she was glowing. He shrugged it off and went back to work.

Olivia walked in about 3 hours later. Her eyes red and puffy from crying for the last 2 hours. She ignored everyone when she walked in. They'd come up to her asking if she was okay. She'd said her usual 'I'm fine'.

She was sitting at her desk when she saw Elliot's old lawyer. His divorce lawyer. She felt her breath hitch and felt like she was going to be sick. She bent beside her desk and threw up everything left in her body into the trash. She felt the tears coming and cried harder. After 10 minutes she finally stopped. She got looks from everyone. She wiped her tears and tried going back to work.

She always let her gaze to Elliot's door. Was he divorcing her? She felt the panic rise and felt like she was going to be sick again. She got up not wanting to be there anymore. "Fin can you tell Captain i'm not feeling well?" "Sure Liv, you need anything?" "N-no i'm fine." She whispered.

She never told anyone about what happened but she was sure everyone could see that there was trouble in 'paradise'. She rushed out. She drove home, she sat in her car staring at the house. Who'd get he house in the divorce? Who'd get the kids? She threw her head into her hands and sobbed harder.

She couldn't lose her kids. She couldn't even deal with losing Elliot. She was going to lose her whole family. She didn't know what she would do without them. She'd come home to an empty house. Just like before. Maybe being married and having kids just wasn't in her life plan. She ruined it all.

She walked into the house, kicked off her feet. She walked into the kitchen going to grab the wine but stopped. She grabbed the water and walked upstairs. She changed out of her clothes into her pajamas. She got into bed and brought her legs close to her and let all the tears fall.

No one was home. She could cry as loud as she wanted. And that's what she did. She cried the hardest she ever had in her entire life. She cried loud. Her body shook violently with each sob. With this 'divorce', losing the kids, and her new secret. How was she going to do all of it? How would she even work at the same place as him?

Eli and Ella had gotten off the school bus "Ella i'm gonna hang out with my friend. Tell mom okay?" "Okay Eli." She hugged him and ran to the door, she used the key under the mat and opened the door. She walked in and heard crying coming from upstairs. She locked the door, and walked up the stairs. She walked toward the noise and stopped at her parents doorway.

She watched her mom cry for a little before making her way in front of her mom. "Shh mama it's okay, no cry." She wiped the tears and got onto the bed. Olivia sat up and wiped her tears "Uh...baby, what are you doing home?" "It's 2 mama, I always come home this time." "Oh..right." Olivia sniffled. "Mama why you sad?" "No reason baby, how about you go play for a little in your room?" "No. I stay with you mama." She sat next to her mom holding her hand.

"I love you mama." "I love you more pumpkin." Olivia gave her a small smile. "Let's go make some dinner." The little girl squealed and ran off to the kitchen. Olivia stood up, she stood there for a second. "You'll be fine Olivia." She whispered to herself and walked down to the kitchen. "Mama can we have spaghetti!?" "Yeah baby. Let me get the stuff out." Olivia began making dinner with her little helper.

She heard the front door open and saw Elliot. She blew in and out through her nose and mouth to stop any tears threatening to fall. "Baby I can take it from here...go play okay?" She kissed the little girl on the head. Ella smiled up at her mom and ran to her room. Olivia stood there for a second.

She walked to the living room where Elliot was sitting. "Can we please talk." She whispered. "What." His voice showing anger. She held the tears in.

"I-I'm pregnant."
