Olivia sat in the hospital bed, she rubbed circles around her belly. She thought of all the good times her and Elliot had. The late nights at work. When he was promoted. Memories with the kids. She wiped a stray tear away. She heard a knock and saw Cragen, Liz, and Ella.

"Hey baby." she says to Ella. Ella smiled "Mama! I so happy you okay!" she carefully kissed around Olivia's face. Olivia smiled "Baby, i'm so happy you're okay! Mommy is sorry we were in the accident." "It okay mama." Ella rubbed their noses together. Olivia smiled and sat her on her lap. "I love you pumpkin." "I love you mama." Ella put her hand on Olivia's stomach "Baby okay?" "Yeah pumpkin the baby's okay." Ella smiled and rubbed her stomach.

Olivia smiled and ran her fingers through Ella's hair. Olivia heard the door open and 5 Stabler's walked in. Olivia looked up at them "Hi guys." "Hi Liv." Olivia cringed at the sound of her name. They used to call her 'mom', then it went back to 'Liv'. "Your dads not here guys. He left." "We know. We just wanted to check on you." "I'm okay." She gave them a small smile.

"Is the baby okay?" "Yeah the baby is just fine." they smiled "That's good." Maureen said. "Yeah...so um...who else is here?" "Uncle Munch and stuff." "Oh...can you tell Aunt Casey and Aunt Alex to come in please." "Yeah...I guess we'll be going. Bye Liv, bye Ella, bye baby Stabler!" Ella waved and went back to rubbing her mom's stomach.

Olivia smiled "Hey pumpkin, you are gonna sleep at Auntie Casey's tonight." "But mama." She whined. "No whining baby, I don't want you staying with me." "Okay." She sighed. Olivia smiled and kissed her forehead. Casey and Alex walked in "Liv you wanna tell us why your husband left? He was a mess Liv....I think he was even crying. He pushed into people and hit things." Olivia bit her lip "I-I'll tell you later." "You better Liv." They sat down.

"Casey can you watch Ella tonight?" "Of course I can!" Casey smiled. "Okay...um if she needs anything just call Elliot." "Got it. You gonna be okay here tonight?" "Yeah i'll be fine." They hugged her and took Ella. Olivia laid on the bed, her feet pulled up as much as she could. She quietly cried and looked at her wedding ring. She slid it off and put it on the table. She wiped the remaining tears and went to sleep.

Elliot had left the hospital, in tears. There was no reconciling this time. He threw his ring away. This was it. It was over. He walked along the busy streets of New York City til he finally made it to a bar near the house. He sat down on a stool. "Get me the strongest thing you got." He tapped the bar and sniffled.

The girl bartender looked at him. "Hey what's wrong?" "Nothing i'm fine. Just need a strong drink." the bartender nodded and handed him a drink. "Just tap the bar if you want more." Elliot nodded and chugged the drink. He tapped the bar again. And again. And again. And again. It was midnight, he was still drinking. His vision getting more and more blurry by the drink. He slammed a $100 dollar bill on the bar and stumbled outside.

He got into an empty cab and gave him the hospital address.

Olivia was sleeping peacefully when she felt a hand on her cheek, she slowly opened her eyes and saw Brian. "Brian? What are you doing here?" "I heard you were in an accident. I wanted to see if you were okay." "I'm okay." Olivia sat up and yawned.

How have you been?" "Honestly not good. After we broke up I kinda just went into a downward spiral." "Oh...i'm sorry Bri." "It's okay. Where's Elliot?" Olivia opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out. "He-we...we got into a fight a couple of hours ago. He left." "Oh i'm sorry to hear about that." He rubbed her arm.

She smiled "So...any lucky girls?" "Nah. No one compares to you." She blushed. He smiled "You know like I said before if you and Elliot don't make it...i'll be here for you." "Thank you Bri. That means a lot." He smiled and leaned in close.

Olivia's breath hitched. She knew what was going to happen. She didn't do anything to stop it when his lips pressed against hers.

Elliot sobered up in the cab a little. He got out the cab and walked into the hospital. He rode the elevator up to Olivia's room and stopped when he saw her kissing Brian. He felt a tear run down, he looked in the trash and picked up his ring.

He held it between his fingers, he gripped it and threw it onto the bed.

They pulled apart. He looked at Olivia. "I'll talk to my lawyer tomorrow. You can have the house and half of everything. We can switch the kids off each week, and i'll be making you partners with Fin." He shook his head and walked away before she could say anything.

His fists clenched tightly. He walked down the stairs. He stopped and sat on the steps. He sat there and started sobbing. His whole body shook with each sob, his loud sobs could be heard from two floors up, his breathing became more harder to control. He sobbed harder, soon enough he could barely breath.

His tears had finally dried up, his sobs stopped. He wiped any wetness on his cheeks and stood up. He walked the rest of the stairs and went home. He started packing up all his stuff, he took the picture of Olivia and him by their bedside and threw it in the trash. He put his suitcases by the door and laid in their bed.

The last time he'd probably ever lay in the bed. He turned their wedding video on, he smiled when they stuffed each others faces with their cake, their first dance, and their little 'I love you's and pecks on the lips. He sighed, he needed to learn to let her go.

"Let her go Elliot." He whispered.
