Cara was fast asleep when she heard the alarm clock buzz from her phone. This could only mean one thing - Monday.

The weekend had gone by pretty quickly and no major events had happened. All Cara had done was thinking about the party on friday, and how it probably changed her status in school. To the better or worse, she had no idea. But she was about to find out today.

Another thing that had been running through her mind was how the party had affected her relationship with Eric. Not that they knew each other that well, but he was the closest to a friend she had in school. She wouldn't want to ruin that just because they caused some sexual tension.

She had also decided that she wasn't going to let Eric know how much he affected her, even though they've only known each other for like three days. He was, after all, known as a bad boy and every girl wanted to be with him. It didn't take a scientist to figure that out.

Cara finally reached her new locker and started to pack out the books she needed for her class. When she closed her locker, she was close to drop all her books because she flinched. When she noticed it was only Eric who was standing there, she started to smile.

''Hey princess''

''Hello there pumpkin'' She chuckled

''Ssh, someone can hear you!'' He said in a hushed voice.

''Are you embarrassed to be seen with me or something?'' Cara had a hurt look in her eyes as she started to turn away to leave.

''Not at all, it's just the nickname... Do you really think I'm fat and orange?'' He grabbed her arm and pulled her back so that they were facing each other again.

''Nah, I just like to call you that'' She said, this time with her happiness back.

He chuckled and let go of her arm, leaving a cold mark. ''I'll see you after class then'' he smirked and walked away.

Cara did the same and found herself to her classroom. There were still some people that hadn't joined the classroom yet when the bell rang.

Two classes later, it was time for lunch. The lessons had been quite pain free and Cara had found a girl in her math class that seemed really sweet. They didn't have lunch together though, so she was walking alone towards the lunchroom.

''Uhm new girl, what do you think you're doing?'' A blonde girl walked towards her and Cara gave her a confused look?

''What's wrong?'' She asked patiently.

''Who do you think you are? How do you know Eric? Why would he even spend time talking to you?'' The blonde girl said meanly. She eyed Cara up and down, looking like the bitch she is.

''We are in the same English class'' Cara just answered and shrugged.

''Well just don't talk to him''

''And who are you to him, to have the right to say that?'' She was starting to get really annoyed. Why was this girl telling her what to do?

''I'm Olivia, his girlfriend''

Girlfriend? He never mentioned a girlfriend the night of the party. Not that they had done anything that would be classified as cheating, almost. This was news and Cara wanted to confront Eric about them, she did not want to be the other woman - Not that anything would happen between them anyway...
