The first real day of school was finally over, and Cara was sitting on her bed, trying to decide whether she should go outside to that very interesting looking café, or just stay at home watching some netflix.  The choice fell on the first option.

She changed into a pair of yogapants and put her hair up in a messy bun before she collected her keys and stepped outside. Neither one of her parents were home yet so she just locked the door and started walking the way she thought led to the café.

About five minutes later a loud honking was heard. Cara jumped out of fear and quickly turned around to see what was happening.

A black sport car was slowly making its way next to Cara. The driver pulled down the window and showed a familiar face.

''Pumpkin!'' Cara said happily. ''What are you doing here?''

Eric chuckled a little before he answered. ''On my way home, what are you doing?''

''Just looking around, I'm new here you know'' She said playfully.

''Oh I know'' He said and smirked ''You want me to show you around? I know where the best pizza is served''

''That would be so kind, are you sure you're not busy?''

''I always got time for pizza'' His smile grew even bigger when she opened the passenger door and jumped in.

The car smelled from fresh leather, a little smoke and a very well smelling cologne. And even though the two of them had only known each other for a few days, she felt safe, sitting there next to him.

She kicked of her shoes and dragged her knees up to her chest before turning to Eric.

''So pumpkin'' she smirked ''Where are you kidnapping me?''

''It's just a small place just outside town, I know the owners so we'll get a great table'' He said without looking away from the road.

He reached over to the radio and turned it on. They fell into a comfortable silence and Cara rested her head on the window.

A few minutes later Eric parked the car in an empty parking lot close to the entry of the little restaurant. The place looked really fresh and cozy and had a big neon sign infront of it that read Restaurant.

They went inside and were shown to a small table close to the window. A young waitress came closer to the table, holding a small notebook in her hand. A small blush was shown on her face when she saw  Eric at the table.

''H-hi I'm Catlynn, I'll be your waitress today, d-do you want to order anything to drink?'' She said a little to fast only looking at Eric.

''Uhm I'll just have a coke please'' Cara said patiently

''I'll have the same, thank you'' Eric said awkwardly but gave the girl one of his wonderful smiles.

She quickly walked away to the kitchen.

''Well, that was interesting'' Cara looked at Eric with a playful smile on her lips.

''You'll get used to it pretty girl'' a cocky smile made its way over his face.

''Oh really pumpkin?''

''Stop it with that nickname''

''Make me''

''Oh I surely can babe''

''Prove it'' She spelled out the letters slowly, letting them roll on her tongue.

Eric got out of his seat and took her hand. He started to drag her towards the exit and she could do nothing but giggle.

They got out of the building and as soon as the doors had closed behind them, Cara could feel the cold wall behind her as Eric pressed her against it. They stared each other straight in the eyes and their breaths became more heavy.

''Say it again'' Eric said under his breath like some sort of choice. If she didn't want him to kiss her, she wouldn't say it again. He nervously waited for her answer. He had never asked for permission to kiss someone before.

''Pumpkin'' She said as she dragged him closer to her.

He was a head taller than her and needed to bend down to be close to her face. They both closed their eyes as they felt their lips crash together. Cara's hands went up and dragged in his hair as his hands were on her waist pulling her closer.

After a while they pulled away to catch their breaths. He rested his forehead on hers and breathed heavily.
