JIMIN'S POV

Well, this girl sure is something! I reluctantly held them in my hands as she shoved them in my face. Then, she hit me with classic 'Good luck' and kicked-back on a kitchen stool.

I stifled some rude mumblings and decided to be nice to her. "Is this the first step? Of becoming the perfect employee?,"I asked.

"Huh?,"she sniffed before realizing that I was talking to her. She had kicked back in a chair with her hands behind her head. She sat up quickly and straightened herself up before saying,"Yeah. It takes a long time but I'm sure you'll get there. Like me, um, for example."

I nodded my head slightly. Well, this is awkward. Allow me to start a simple conversation. "You're (Y/N), right? I couldn't quite hear you--"

"Less chitchat. More working,"snapped a voice. It was deep and sort of raspy. I figured it was the boss so I bowed to him politely and so did (Y/N).

I looked up and saw him. He has black hair as dark as the night sky, blood red lips, and snow white skin. Wait, is he Snow White's long-lost brother?! Or am I imagining things...

I was snapped out of my daze when that boss guy was apparently clapping his hands in my face. "Ya wouldn't want to get fired on the first day, would you?,"he asked me briskly.

"N-no, Mr...Chen?,"I asked in disbelief. The actual person who's name on the store title works here?

Usually, it's just a hired person who would only show up in commercials or is an animated mascot. This place is weird.

YOUR POV

Oh my gat(no pun intended XD)!! Jimin is so about to get fired. Yay! Now he's out of my hair and--

Before I even noticed it, Mr.Chen was laughing and talking with Jimin like he's his son.

"Ya know what?,"the old fellow asked him,"I think I'm gonna promote you. Congratulations! Look forward to working at the front desk with (Y/N). You start tomorrow!"

My mouth dropped open. Like, a fly could come in. How is this boy so well liked and easy to talk to?! Well...for some people. My mouth kind of just starts speaking a bit of nonsense or I just come off as rude.

Whatever. It doesn't matter. I guess it's fine as long as he doesn't get promoted even more!
