The plot was okay. Palaban na girl.
The twist is a little cliche. Nung latter part na, hindi na maganda ang naging takbo ng kwento. And the ending of the first book was too cliche.

Breaking The Gem
Same conflict. But I like the ending. Though medyo unrealistic, I think it was good.
