More training

The boys started to get competitive with each other as the day went on throwing some insults at each other as well.

"Now Mariah, for your training; come over here." Kakashi said to me.

I jumped down from the tree and went up to Kakashi.

"Turn around and watch the boys climb." He ordered.

I turned around and he took my head band off.

"Sensei, why'd you take my head band off!?" I shouted.

"It's part of your training, calm down."

He took it off and moved it so both of my eyes were covered.

"Now this is to improve your senses because when we fight Zabuza you can't use your sight. This will be a great advantage. Soon all your senses will improve. For a few days you'll adapt then we'll work on how you do in a fight."

"Can I get help at all?"

"No, have you already observed the landscape?"

"Yes,"

"Then you have nothing to worry about when you walk back because of your excellent memory. Now focus; where is everyone."

I listened closely and heard panting; I couldn't tell who was who.

"Um someone is a little in front of me. Another is to the right, and someone else is to the right of them." I told him.

"Well it's a start but you'll improve. Keep practicing on being able to tell what your teammates are doing. Every time you feel or hear something new, tell me and I'll tell you if you're right."

"I hear someone moving," I told Kakashi-sensei.

"Correct,"

After a few hours I got somethings correct but a lot wrong. I could hear movements but I didn't know what they were doing. Sensei told me to tell him who lands on the ground.

"Naruto fell; Sasuke is running up the tree. Naruto's running up now; he fell. Sasuke landed on his feet." I predicted.

It was getting dark so now it was time to go home for dinner. I could tell already that this wasn't going to end well.  As we were walking I tripped on a root but caught myself before I fell to the ground. When we got out of the forest it was easier to walk but I tripped over a rock and fell. I fell into someone and it was Sasuke.

"Get off me," he said annoyed.

"Sorry I can't see so deal with it." I said getting off of him.

When we got back to the house, Tsunami had dinner ready so we sat down and started to eat.

"Naruto and Sasuke are stuffing their face aren't they?" I questioned looking to my right hoping that's where Sensei sat.

"Correct. After a few hours your hearing is getting better." Kakashi-sensei said from my left. Damn, wrong again.

After a few days my hearing was getting better as well as my touch. I was starting to feel the vibrations of people and animals moving. Now we were eating breakfast. I was minding my own business eating then someone threw something at me which I easily caught.

"Who threw that?" I demanded slamming my hands on the ground in anger.

"Kakashi-sensei," everyone said in unison.

"You have to be on your guard at all times. Just in case someone throws something at you."
