VERY SPECIAL DINNER

We both woke up a little late, but I was feeling much better...Criss was so excited about dinner, he forgot to ask me about the Dr.'s visit.. which I was thankful for... He picked out my clothes for me to wear, and called up his family to meet us over at II Mulino New York's, a fancy Italian Restaurant On the Las Vegas Strip, not far from The Luxor.

I was a little nervous meeting his family in person for the first time since we've been dating.. But my excitement extinguished my nervousness as we walked down to the lobby to meet up with my parents, and Abby and Klay were also invited.. Criss decided to take us in his Decked out Hummer, so we could all ride comfortably. I sat in front with him, for he wanted to hold my hand, while driving. Klay sat behind Criss, and Abby sat on Klay. My parents sat behind me. It only took about ten minutes to get there. Criss parked and made me wait til he came around to open the door for me, He was so romantic, and adorable... My parent's couldn't believe all he did for me...My mom actually came around to liking him being around, and with me...My Dad,....Well my Dad is another story...But he promised to be on his better behavior. 

We met his mom Dimitra, and his two older brothers, J.D. and Costa, inside the diner waiting for us. He didn't even get to properly introduce me before his mom hugged me and gave me a kiss on my cheek.. telling me how wonderful it was for me to make her Crisstopher so Happy... Then came the brotherly love, they both hugged and kissed me at the same time.. It was very welcoming, i loved it. They just shook my parents's hands and said how happy they should be for their daughter and her son...

A waitress came over to escort us to be seated, and asked what we would all like to drink...Criss decided on the special Dom Perignon White Gold. Then He ordered the Piccata di Pollo al Limone for Himself and me. He ordered the Bistecca alla Griglia for My parents, and his brothers, and Salad for everyone.... Klayton & Abby ordered the Piccata di Vitello al Limone for themselves...Dimitra, ordered the Pollo alla Scarpariello for herself...But Before dinner arrived he grabbed the bottle of Champagne, and popped the cork, the waiter, poured the drink to all of us... after the server left Criss stood up and held his glass in his hand...Everyone of us was oblivious to what he was doing...

(Criss) Before we embark on our wonderful family filled dinner, I have something to say...As you all know I have been dating Kc for many weeks now, and the other day I made up my mind that i wanted our relationship to change.... (Oh my god he is going to break up with me, I can't take it, I was told by his friends that he always does something real nice for the girl, right before he breaks up with them.)

(Kc) I am sorry but I have to leave...(i tried to hold back the tears in my eyes)

Criss sat his drink down and ran to me thinking something was really wrong. So he walked me away from the table, to whisper to me, so not to make a scene..."Baby, what's wrong, are you getting sick?" " No I just can't stay and listen to you tell everybody that you want to break-up with me.."

He just looked at me sort-of in between being shocked and hurt..."Is that what you think I was going to say?" (he said to me slowly) Sweetie, I love you, I am not breaking up with you, so please come back to the table with me." He gently kissed my lips and walked me back to the table... He apologized for the delay, than he looked right at me pulled out a small black box, and dropped to his knees, he didn't even settle with one knee...he dropped to both knees!! Then he spoke...

"Kc for the short period of time you have been with me, you have made me the happiest man in the world, it would honor me tremendously if you would accept my ring and proposal...Kc...Will you Marry Me?..." I nearly fainted, at those words, my parents jaws dropped to the floor...Dimitra was actually crying tears of joy... I tried to speak, but nothing could come out, so I just dropped down in front of him and held my hand out for him to place the ring on for me...After he placed the huge stone on my finger, i wrapped my arms around him and we were on the floor!! Everyone started laughing and crying they were so happy for us both... He picked me up and kissed me passionately before sitting me on his lap. he decided that we were going to really eat together.. He fed me and I fed him...After everyone was done eating, Abby looked at me to tell everybody my news...I just shook my head no.. I wanted to tell Criss first and alone without everyone... Abby was going to bring it up but Klay knew what I was trying to tell her secretly and he stopped her and winked at me...

The rest of the evening went fabulous, my dad didn't approve of me accepting his engagement but what could he do... J.D. and Costa kissed me on the cheek and said congratulations, and Dimitra gave me a big hug and welcomed me to the family..Then she went over to Criss and he walked her and his brothers' out to Costa's vehicle...He said his goodbyes to them and then came back in to walk me out to the Hummer. The trip back to the Luxor was quiet til' Criss broke the monotony..

"So beens My Sweet N' Lovely Kc, said yes to my proposal, I think it would be adequate for me to call you mom and dad...What do you think?"

I just looked and him and gave him the famous I don't think so smile... But my dad interrupted our eye connection...

"Well maybe she said yes but you ain't married yet....Even if you do marry, I Ain't your damn Daddy...."

He was going to spout out all his disapproval's, but my mom stopped him with her  opinion.

"Well Crisstopher, i think it is nice of you to consider offering yourself to our family.. i would love for you to call me mom, and i would be proud to call you son...If my husband don't like it,....well he will get over it!!! Maybe."

We got to the Luxor and he again opened the door for me, and gave everyone a quick sweet goodbye and hustled me to the elevator. so we could go to our suite...
