Mackenzie's p.o.v
my phone beeped. I groaned awake. Who the hell is texting me. I picked up my phone and looked at the message, it was from Robert.
'Can we talk? Please.'
I sighed.
'Fine be over in an hour.'
I walked downstairs and slumped down on the couch turning on the tv to a new episode of twisted. I watched for a while until my doorbell rang. I groaned, what the heck Robert I said an hour! I trudged to the door and flung it open revealing a giant box. Oh, great it looks like Austin's present. The box wasn't tapped shut it was folded. I started to open it when BAM a person popped out. I screamed and ran behind my couch.
"Kenzie?" I heard a familiar voice ask. Peeking out from behind the couch I saw austin looking confused standing in the box with a bow on his head. Haha classic austin being cheesy.
"Austin?" I squeal running up to him giving him a hug. My god I've missed his hugs, no stop he cheated on you.
"What are you doing here? I thought you were on tour! Oh my god come inside!" I said ushering him inside the house and up to my room. We sat down on my bed and austin grabbed my waist pulling me into him like he used to.
"I've missed you so freaking much." He whispered in my ears sending shivers down my spine. It was silent for what seemed like hours until his phone buzzed. Someone was calling.
"Ugh hold on. I got to take this ill be back soon." He said looking at his phone and getting up. He stepped out of the room and into the spare room answering the call. Ugh I bet it's that whore he slept with. I sighed and grabbed my laptop loading it up. I logged into twitter and scrolled through my mentions. There were a lot of people talking about a video I made. Puzzled I went to the link one girl mentioned and found the singing video I made with Robert. It had over a million views!! Holy crap.
"You have a lot of hits on it. I told you you were good." I heard a voice say from my doorway. I looked up to see Robert. Crap I forgot he was coming over with all the austin shit.
"Hey Robert." I said as he sat down next to me. I placed my laptop back down on the table.
"I'm sorry for over reacting the other night. I guess I was just jealous I didn't mean anything I said. Your nothing close to a whore." Robert said finally speaking.
"Awe Robbie it's okay."
"No Kenzie it isn't. It's your choice who you want and if kissing Tyler made you think he's the one you want then so be it. I still want to be your best friend though because I care about you."
"Aww Robbie. I care about you too and I don't know what I want but I do know that kissing Tyler made everything ten times more confusing."
"You kissed Tyler?!?!" I heard from my doorway. It was austin and he liked like he was about to cry. "I thought our relationship meant something to you. I guess that's why you aren't wearing the bracelet. I thought you were better than that and when were you going to tell me? Next week? Next year? Our relationship is nothing without trust."
At that I blew up. All the rage I had towards austin that I held in came out as I stood up and walked towards him.
"And when were you going to tell me you cheated on me?! Hmm! When were you going to tell me you slept with some slut while you were gone! You told me before you left you love me always will. Well I guess that was a lie. I kissed Tyler for a dare way after I found out about you cheating. You pretended that everything was okay while I was broken austin! I was so fucking broken and lost. You tore out my heart and stomped on it!! I hate you!" I screamed at him.
"We'll you know what. She was ten times better than you'll ever be! Have fun with Tyler! We're done." He screamed walking out the door. I grabbed the bear and bracelet he got me and ran down to him.
"Here have this. I don't ever want to see you again!" I screamed throwing it down to the ground in front of him and storming back into my house slamming the front door. Robert came and wrapped his arms around me.
"Get the fuck off of me!" I screamed pushing him away. He lowered his head and walked out the door. I grabbed the closest thing to me, a pillow, and chucked it at the door screaming my head off. Tears flew from my eyes. I cried myself to sleep on the living room floor. I just lost half of my heart and my best friend.
Austin's p.o.v.
You could say I was angry but that would be an under statement. I was furious. Not only did Alex tell mackenzie what happened but Tyler kissed my girlfriend!!! I stormed down her stairs and out the door to my car.
"Here have this. I don't ever want to see you again!" She screamed throwing down something in front of me and storming into her house slamming her front door shut. I winced at the noise. I picked up what she threw at me off the ground, it was the bear and the bracelet. I looked at the back of the bracelet, it read
'I love you to infinity and beyond ~austin'
At that moment I realized I just lost half of my heart. I got into my car and drove off to Alex's apartment. he was first. I got there in record timing. I banged on the front door enraged. Alex opened up.
"Aye man! Didn't know you we're back!" He ushered me in and we stood in the living room.
"What the fuck is your problem?!?!" I yelled punching him.
"What the hell?" He yelled back.
"Why did you tell her?! I've lost her forever. I've fucking lost the love of my life because of you!" I screamed back punching him again. He punched me in the jaw several times.
"Your blaming me? Your the one that cheated on her! I didn't make you lose her you did that yourself. Now get the fuck out of my apartment before I call the police!" Alex yelled pushing me out the door.
"Fuck you!" I screamed as he slammed the door shut in my face. I stormed back into my car and drove off. I've had enough for today. I drove back to my house and went inside. My mom was at work so no one was home. I stomped up to my room and slammed the door shut. Flopping on my bed I realized something was wrong. I shot back up and saw that a poster was missing. It was Mackenzie's. my favorite one. A tear slid down my check as I saw the pile of ripped up paper. More tears followed. I've lost the love of my life and my best friend today.
~no hating me! But yay I'm back home in Southern California! Woot! Woot! Oh and by the way, best song ever is really the best song ever! <3 ~Kenzie
