Rescue

(Y/N) POV: Josh finally woke up about 2 hours later with tears soaking his eyes. I, of course, freaked out and ran over to him. He was breathing quite quickly.
"Josh? Are you alright?" I said worriedly. He looked up at me with the saddest look that I just couldn't explain.
"(Y/N), I ha da nightmare that my sisters were alive... Well not really. They were decayed and creepy. We were in our cave and they attacked you! They were saying that I didn't deserve to have someone love me. And they killed you right in front of me!
"After that happened, Hannah turned into a Wendigo and attacked me! While Beth collapsed and her head was ripped off by Hannah! And then I woke up after I screamed at Hannah to spare me..." After that long nightmare explanation, I didn't want to say anything. But I think my looks were enough to make Josh feel bad.
"I'm so sorry (Y/N). You asked." He pointed out. He was, of course, right. I hated to see him like this though. He looked so depressed and crazy. I hugged him. We both seemed kinda shocked at my gesture... But we both went with it.
   "I'm so sorry that you have to go through this Josh. But at least we can get through it together!" I said, trying to be optimistic. He smiled a small smile.
   "You're right! We get to go through this together!" He grabbed me and pulled me in. It was a very passionate kiss. I giggle into it out of my shock. After the kiss, Josh just cuddled me. While, if I may add, Wolfie and the Wendigo were staring at us in the corner. Josh looked where I was staring and jumped a little.
   "Jesus! Damn that scared me!" I laughed.
   "Oh yeah... Oops. I forgot to introduce you to Wolfie and the Wendigo! I met them on my way out of the cave!" I did a jazz hands move and Josh laughed. But of course, the fun moment could never last. We heard noises coming out from the outside of the cave. It sounded muffled. The Wendigo growled and stalked towards the cave entrance.
   "Be careful buddy!" I whisper-yelled at the Wendigo. He turned back and gave me a look that said, 'shut up! Do you want us to get killed?'
   "Damn, sorry." I mumbled to myself. When the noise was right outside, somethings walked in... It was....!!!

Sam's POV (present): When I was at the interview, I thought that would be the end... But sadly no. My family got a call from the police station that said they were going to head up to the mountains to see if there were any of the creatures that we said there were. Surprisingly, everyone who was being interviewed mentioned the Wendigo at one point or another.
The worst part... They asked if I could come up and help them! Obviously, I said no! Why in the hell would I want to go back up there? Even if Josh is still alive... I miss my buddy! But Chris is even worse about it! He hasn't talked to any of us since that night one week ago. He's only texted me once! It said that he didn't want to talk to any of us and he didn't think he could be our friend after what happened that night.
But him and Ashley got together! She's the only one that really gets to see him now. She texts me often about how things are going with him. And it's never too good.
But after my family got the call, I just secluded myself in my house. I didn't want to go and I made sure that they knew that. The police were obviously disappointed, but they sent people to look in the mountain anyway!!! I hope they know and experience what fresh hell we had to go through those past two times we went to the mountain! Maybe then... And only then... Will they understand!
