Remember that first time we hugged at the train station?
I remember walking into the building, scared of what you would think of me. Did I look bad? Were you gonna be there? What if you changed your mind and didn't want to see me? But I didn't need to worry for I saw you almost immediately and managed to recognize you among the crowd.
I remember seeing your face light up and I felt like crying from joy but instead I laughed and walked towards you whilst you smiled brightly at me and held your arms wide open for a hug.
I remember hugging you for so long and I didn't want to let go because for once, I felt complete. I felt that I was going to be okay and in your arms, I felt safe, loved and cared for.
But that was before.
