The space between me and you
What use to be small has now grew
More distance between us since that day
The day you left and went away
The space between us has been forbidden
Standing side by side but forever hidden
Our hopes our dreams and our promises too
Lost until I find you
This space between is forever in width
The only way in is a forbidden wish
For this space between me and you
Has rules that apply the whole world through
The cold that comes when you try to break down the wall
Leaves me shivering and holding my breathe to a stall
I feel you come and touch my hand
"I am here" together we stand
This space that is infinite between me and you
Can be shattered in an instant or two
For simply I'll take one last breathe
And open the door to you upon my death.
