*WARNING! MILD CURSING! I HAVE WARNED YOU SO NO HATEFUL COMMENTS*

NYKKI'S POV

"Yes, under Jefferson, Damon," He informed the host. That host looked like he was in shock and appalled at his own behavior.

"Why is he afraid as if you own the restaurant and will fire him?" I blurted out once we reached our table in the center of the restaurant.

"The Jefferson name has power behind it. I'm surprised you didn't know," He acclaimed. Looks like you learn something new everyday.

"This is a great spot," I assured him as I noticed his nervousness.

"Thanks, I just want to make this an amazing date for you. I really like you....." He trailed off. I swear I heard my jaw hit the floor. It was that sweet. "Are you ok? Is this too much?" He contemplated worriedly.

"I'm fine. I just never had anyone go through all this trouble for me before. It makes me feel desired," I conveyed.

"No one has treated like the princess you are?" He questioned me. All I could do is blush in responce. "You are an angel and deserve to be treated like it," The power and emotion had me believing that I was what he said I was instead of a spiteful witch. Only if you knew popped in to my head as I envision reaction. Would he be a friend or foe?

"Never," I retorted closing my eyes as not to see the sadness and pain that fill his face. 'Killing Me' by Asking Alexandria comes to mind during this because it seems like I'm killing him with the truth and it is killing me.

*PLAY SONG ON SIDE!*

"It is amazing no one sees your beauty, cunning, stregth, dedication, and soul as they are. I mean, I can see all this be just sitting here. I enjoy the fact you don't lie no matter how much it hurts you," He acknowledged about me.

"I only if you knew me," was all I chastised him with for just guessing about my life.

"Oh, really?" He drew out like a question.

"He he he. Yes, but that is for another day," I conversed.

"Hi! I'm Mandy. I'll be your waitress today," a woman addressed us.

"I'll have a diet coke with a slice of lemon," I direct to her.

"I'll have a Doctor Pepper," Damon dictated.

"Ok," Mandy assured us, "I'll be back with your drinks and take the rest of you order."

"Lets look at the menu so we can be prepared when she return," Damon hinted. I rolled my eyes at this comment because I already knew what I wanted, it was he ass that need to decide.

DAMON'S POV

"Why is he afraid as if you own the restaurant and will fire him?" The little angel sitting across from me asked curiously.

"The Jefferson name has power behind it. I'm surprised you didn't know," I informed her. Looks like she learned something new.

"This is a great spot," She told me as noticed my nervousness.

"Thanks, I just want to make this an amazing date for you. I really like you....." I trailed off. . "Are you ok? Is this too much?" I stressed.

"I'm fine. I just never had anyone go through all this trouble for me before. It makes me feel desired," She replied.

"No one has treated like the princess you are?" I pondered,"You are an angel and deserve to be treated like it." Why would people treat her so poorly? Can they not see that she can be shy? If I reveal myself to her, would she be a friend, foe, or lover?
