They're playing my song.

Sascha Pov

My attitude was 'lax but inside I was a nervous wreck. I am literally sweating waiting for her to come out of the shower.

20 minutes passed and Alejandra was out of the shower fresh faced and clean.

Don't stare, don't stare. Oh look my phone looks interesting wonder what pictures I have.

"So what plans do you have for today?" Alejandra asked after removing my phone from my hand.

"Well, I wanted to see how far your music skills go." I stood up and pretended to stretch and took my phone back.

She did not even bat an eye. "So what does that mean?" She questioned.

"Oh you'll see." I winked at her as I shuffled her out the door. "But first we play."

Alejandra's pov

We were at the arcade with the kids of the boat for a couple of hours. It was pretty fun getting to see a childish side of Sascha. She is also really competitive and a sore loser. Which was fun to see after I beat her at air hockey.

We were leaving the game room around 8:00pm when Sascha looked at her phone.

"Oh man we are going to be late." She grabbed hold of my hand and I felt that tingling sensation and led me some where.

We arrived at the ballroom and seats were set up and a stage with a screen.

"Welcome cruise goers. Ladies, gentlemen, children of all ages. Let's get ready to siiiiing." The announcer announced enthusiastically.

"Oh. My. Gosh. Karaoke? How did you know I loved karaoke? My god I'm so excited!" I jumped up and down happily.

"Yea I kinda guessed." She sheepishly exclaimed.

"Well whatever thanks for bringing me." I hugged her. I couldn't help but linger as the hug stopped. We gazed into each others eyes. I glanced to her lips and back to her eyes. She slowly started leaning in. Our lips were inches away.

"Alright people start signing up to sing!!" The announcer said ruining the moment.

Sascha looked away and coughed "You should sign up."

"I will if you sign up with me." I said with a grin.

She smiled back at me. "Yea sure. I get to pick the song though."  I just nodded my head. As she made her way to the signup table,  I couldn't help but be absolutely giddy.

As the night went on there was a bunch of awful singers. Some were good but most were awful. I loved it though. That was the best part of karaoke the awfulness.

Finally the announcer called our names but Sascha hadn't told me what we were singing.

"So are you going to tell me before we get to the stage." I asked as we made our way up front.

"Nope. You'll immediately see when the music starts." She smiled slyly. "Maybe."

I frowned slightly. "Maybe. Maybe is not a good answer." We were at the stage now gazing in front of the people with our mics waiting for the D.J. to cue the song. "So do you want to just whisper it in my ear." I whispered to her.

"The words will be on the screen, the music will start if you don't know the song chill out and suck it up." She whispered back.

I was about to say something back when she softly grabbed my face in her hands and kissed me. It was short but tender and I could vaguely hear the crowd ooohing and whistling.

After she pulled away she kissed me on the cheek and whispered in my ear. "Good Luck." She smiled at me. I could still feel her lips on mine and I barely mumbled out a you too when the countdown started.

Dang. She was right I immediately recognized the music but she still started first.

I hopped off the plane at L.A.X with a dream and my cardigan
