Legacy Of the Past {Sequel to Two of a kind}

So Close

(Haruki's pov) 

It's been 3 days since we've made it to Konoha and we mainly just checked out all of the new sectors in Konoha. This place was really amazing. To think that all of this built within a few years. 

'Suna could definitely benefit from a lot of this technology.' I thought with a smile. "Hey Haruki, were you serious about you never leaving Suna?" Minato asked beside me. It was just the two of us walking the dusty streets of the village while the girls were somewhere else. 

"Mhm. I've been mainly training and stuff like that." 

"Man. If it was me, I'd storm into my dad's office and demand a mission." 

"Well, it's not like I can do anything. It was the village Council's decision." I said a bit disheartened. 

I could feel Minato's gaze on me as he lowly hummed. Next thing I know, I feel a stinging sensation pierce throughout my shoulder making me yelp. Minato laughed loudly while I glared furiously at his shaking figure. 

"Hahaha, Ira really is the one with more balls then you isn't she!" He exclaimed. People turned their attention to us. Heat rose to the tip of my ears in embarrassment. I tried shutting him up while hissing threats. 

In the midst of our little fight, we ended up bumping into someone. We stopped momentarily as a squeak left the person's mouth. We both looked at the ground to see a female with strawberry colored hair. 

I quickly released Minato before bending down to check on the woman. "S-Sorry about that! Are you alright Miss?" I asked worriedly. I couldn't see her face since her hair covered her eyes. She was completely silent making me become even more worried. 

"You..." her voice was an eerie one followed by a dark aura. My eyes widen in fear. I stumbled back to an equally afraid Minato. "You idiots....." when she turned her gaze upon us a shiver traveled down our spines. 

'Sometimes you're so dense Haruki.' 

'Huh?'

"ARE STILL IDIOTS!!!!!!"
