Bath tubs and bubble gum,
Girls my age think that's fun.
I've never been one to follow the crowd.
My statements are soft, theirs are loud.
The difference between them is actually quite defined.
They go with the flow, while I am defiant.
I'm passive aggressive and very progressive,
While they judge all because they are jealous.
Envy is a sickness that behaves like a bee.
It stings everyone- it stings me.
I can take a hit, while they can spit an insult.
I do things on my own,
They need a consult.
Girls my age are immature,
They step on us, we get hurt.
Not by words but by emotions,
They range in waves the size of oceans.
But girls like me make it through life,
With a smile on our face and the beauty of light.
Girls my age end up sad and miserable- their lives not what they thought.
They work for the good girls, their new boss.
When all they did was pick fights and hurt girls like me,
it's funny how karma has served in society...
