Calum's POV
After a night of entertainment with my mates, I went home. I passed by the shop to buy Mer flowers. I want to marry her. I want to have kids with her. I want her just for myself.
I drove home. I opened the front door and shouted, "Baby girl." No one answered.
I went to the kitchen to maybe find her eating.
I was in agape as I saw a bloody corpse lying on the hardwood floors. Why? What? Mercury. "Baby girl!" I exclaimed.
I rapidly decided to call the ambulance and the police. I needed to save my future wife. I loved her. I would kill for her. I would do anything for her.
I cried. I want to die. I want to die too. I love you Mer. I love her.
Finally, the ambulance came. They took her.
Meanwhile I tried to not cry. To act manly but my sweet girl Mercury may be dead. I didn't want to go watch her again. I almost killed myself right there in the hospital.
Maybe someone entered the house and murdered her. I remember that she had installed video cameras to control something; she never mentioned why she needed those cameras anyway.
I headed to her so-called control room. I turned on the black screen.
Author's POV
"Calum, I calculated that you would see this, I just want to say that I love you, I want to say goodbye. You may be thinking that I was murdered by some psychopath but I'm the psychopath here. I've been in love with a boy that I call 'my mysterious dude' since I was 15. He never told me his name so whatever. But he loved me. When I grew to become a 17 year old college student, he started acting romantic and flirty. He took me on dates after midnight, but he still allowed me to study for tests. The only physical that we ever got, was to hug each other. Listen I love you. But since my accident he has been calling my name. I couldn't get his voice out my head. Not seeing him was breaking me into pieces if you ever realised. I randomly decided to commit suicide. I know I'm crazy right? When you see me, I'll be there screaming your name. I also left stuff. In my drawer you can find the drawing of his face and a poem I wrote about my life and also a song I personally wrote to describe what you made me feel." Calum cried while he watched the footage.
Unbelievable.
Astonishing.
She was sick.
He never noticed.
Calum was angry. Calum was sad. Calum was dubious.
Suddenly Cal's phone rang. It was from the hospital.
"She didn't make it." Calum sobbed. He didn't deserve all these pain. No one did.
Calum's POV
No. She is dead. The hospital automatically assumed that she died. She's dead. It was my fault. I should've stayed with her. I should've cuddled; kissed; stayed up all night; loved her more.
