Apologies for the bad grammar and stuff. I'm not the best.
Clark's P. O.V
As soon as the door swung open I realised it was a terrible idea as I heard a small cry of pain from my left. I swung around and saw a girl sitting on the floor, rubbing her nose. "Oh my god I'm so sorry are you okay?" I babbled. "Yes I'm fine thanks," she replied in a British accent. She was staring curiously at my shoes. "Do you want a hand up?" I offered, holding out my hand. "I like your shoelaces," she replied. I glanced down. I was wearing slip on ankle boots. "But I'm not wearing shoelaces," I answered, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion. "I know, but if you were I bet they'd be pretty, just like you." I was silent for a moment, then burst out laughing. "Are you- are you trying to- to compliment me?" I managed to get out between giggles. She had stood up at that point and even at my height, she was short. "So what if I am?" "Just - remind me to give you a few lessons on that later kiddo." "Later?" "Well I did just hit you in the face with a door. I'll have to make it up to you somehow!" "Oh, you don't have to do that." "Course I do. Let's start by getting on a first name basis. What's your name kiddo?" I asked. "Neko," she answered shrugging. "Neko," I repeated. "I like it. Very unusual." "Thanks," she replied, blushing. "Well Neko, I'm Clark, and as much as I'd love to say and talk all day, I gotta get to detention. I'll see you around kiddo." She waved and walked out. Yeah, I figured she wasn't the type to get detention.
Walking around to the other side of the bookshelves, I spotted the three people from earlier sitting at a table getting a lecture from that awful English teacher.
I reached the table and sat down, crossing my arms.
"Nice of you to finally join us Miss. Clark." I grunted in response."With that attitude you'll be here for the year." I glared at him.
"Right, well I'll just leave you four to work then." He walked to the desk across the room and sat down, taking out a book. There was a strange language written on it. Greek I think. I faced the other three sitting beside and across from me."Let's get this over with then," I sighed. "We should probably know each other's names first," the Novak kid suggested. The others agreed. As they said their names I studied them each in turn. The two boys had amazing eyes; emerald green and piercing blue. And the girl, well, she was just all round indescribable. At least nothing came to mind , except 'WOW'. I saw her lips moving. She was speaking, to me it seemed. "What?" I asked, slightly dazed. "I asked what your name was," she replied. "Oh uh Clark. And yours?" "We all just said our names," answered the green-eyed one. "Sorry, could you repeat them, I didn't hear you," I asked politely. He snorted. "Yeah, you were too busy checking us out," he said under his breath. I glared at him. I didn't like that one much. "Fine, fine," he said, bringing his hands up to the 'I surrender' position."I'm Dean." "Kate," the girl followed suit. "Castiel, but everyone calls me Cassie," the last boy said."Right well I'm forgetful so you're Cas to me okay?" He shrugged.
"So should we get started then?" Kate asked. We all nodded in agreement and began jotting down ideas. An hour later we had an idea of a mystery involving a murder, robbery, The Mad Hatter and of course Sherlock Holmes and Watson. "Do we have to act this out?" I asked, receiving excited looks from Cas and Kate, and a look of horror from Dean. "What an excellent idea Ms. Clark," came a voice from behind me. "I think you will." That son of a bitch.
