Clark's P.O.V
I walked to the car park with Cas and Kate (Dean went home a different way) As we went out the sun hit my face, and I blinked in the bright light. I didn't expect that. It's like 5 30 why is it even bright? Weird. Kate waved and left to her car(1977 Porsche 935)(A/N you happy emmarowlette?)
It was just me and Cas. "So where's your car Cas?" "I don't have one." "Oh. So do you walk home then?" "No. I ride." " You have a motorcycle?!" "Yes. Why wouldn't I?" "Sorry. You're just not someone I would have expected to ride." "Well I do." "Okay." "Okay." We lapsed into awkward silence,until Cas spotted someone sitting on the wall across the car park from us. He waved at them and they began to stroll over towards us.
On further inspection I saw that it was actually two people. When they were within shouting distance the first one called out. "Hey Cassie, you in detention again?" "Yeah," Cas shouted back. "Dude you gotta stop sticking up for that Winchester kid." "You can't say much, you're way worse than me!" "Not anymore!" "Not like you had much choice- he's dea-" "- SHUT UP CASTIEL shut up shut up shut up!" The boy interrupted Cas,covering his ears. I noticed that the second person was Carson. Shit. I forgot to tell him I got detention.
Turning my attention back to the situation at hand, I tried to break up what was inevitably going to turn into a fight. "Guys stop it!" I shouted, coming between the two of them and blocking them from each other. "What are you even fighting over?" Without skipping a beat the younger boy retorted " He's joking about my dead best friend," he spat at Cas. "Woah,woah, Calm down. Who are you anyway?" I asked the boy. " You're so ashamed of me, you didn't even tell your new girlfriend who I am, that's low man," he directed at Cas. "I'm not his girlfriend," I said at the same time Cas said "She's not my girlfriend." "Yeah right. I'm gonna walk home so you can get your girlfriend up to speed. See ya tomorrow Car." He gave this last comment to Carson. "Bye Gabe," Carson did a weird little wave thing nervously and I nearly burst out laughing, he was so awkward. 'Gabe' left, marching across the car park with purposeful strides.
Cas sighed and rubbed his temple with his hands. "Sorry he's not usually like this." "It's okay. Who is he exactly?" "Sorry, I forgot you don't know. That's my little brother Gabriel. I love him but he can be a pain sometimes." " Tell me about it, I got this one," I gestured to Carson.
"Anyway we really need to get home, c'mon Carson." I handed him the car keys. "Cas, will Gabe be okay walking?" Carson asked. "He'll be fine," Cas replied. He waited until Carson was out of earshot before continuing. "He'll get on the bike once you're gone, he's only showing off." I grinned. "Got it. I'll see if Carson-well you know...." "Yep." Cas was smiling ear to ear. God, he has a gorgeous smile. Shut up brain. "Bye Cas," I called back as I got into my car. "I just heard him shout something back as I drove away, but I didn't quite catch what it was.
Thing's are starting to get interesting. The short chapters continue until the end of exams as someone was asking.
