My little ray of darkness(Solangelo) (Willco)

Chapter 9

The whole group had their ears on the door outside, listening to the boys conversation. Some of them had cups to their ears to listen better.

"Guys, are you sure we should be listening into their private conversation," Piper asks. It was rude to intrude on a person's private conversation.

"Shut up voice of reason. If wisdom's daughter is doing it than it's okay," River tells her. Piper huffs at the comment and then joins the other on listening in. River smirks, knowing he has got her to join the dark side.

"I think he just asked him out," Rain says.

"Yeah, I know. Now shut up, so I can hear the answer," River whispers to him.

They all hear Nico say, "My answer is," but before they could hear an answer, there was a huge boom inside.

"Holy Hephaestus what was that," Percy asks.

They all quickly open the door and walk into a really smokey room. They all start coughing, before Jason blows all the smoke away. "What was that," Annabeth coughs out.

"Oh Hera," they hear a voice say behind them. They all turn to Ally and Ellie, two girls of the Hecate cabin, staring into the bedroom. Ally and Ellie both have black hair and dark purple eyes. Ellie has darker skin and Ally is taller.

"What in Hades happened in here," Piper asks them.

"The Stoll brothers stole some potions from our room and put them in here. What they didn't realize that in enough heat some potions explode," Ally explains.

Ellie points over at something and they all follow her finger. Some of them gasp and others chuckle a little. In that moment there was a Blonde three year old boy in a leather jacket and a dark haired two three year old boy in a skull shirt staring at them.

The boys tilt their heads in confusion as they stared at all the big people. "Where Bianca," the dark haired boy asks.

"Oh my gods," Jason says.

"You know he's going to kill you for this," Jason tells Percy.

"I don't care, it's totally worth it," he says with a mischievous grin. He couldn't pass this opportunity. "Annabeth do you have the camera," he yells.

"Yeah. I'll be down there in a sec," she says from upstairs of the big house. There were a couple steps from the stairs, before Annabeth appears with an old fashion camera. "He's going to so kill you for this."

"Yeah yeah yeah. Jason already said that. Now hand me the camera." She hands Percy the camera and he starts to bounce like boy getting ice cream. He places the camera on a tripod and faced it towards the boys.

Three year old Nico was dressed in a black onesie with a cat tail, black cat ears, and drawn on whiskers. Next to him was Will in a lion onsie with whiskers too. The two kids looked absolutely adorable in their little outfits.

Nico waddles over to Percy and gives him a big smile. "I cute," he asks him.

Percy chuckles and picks him up. "You look adorable," he tells him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Nico blushes at the older boy and lets out a little giggle. Percy then feels an immense pain on his shin. "Ouuuuch," he yells at the top of his lungs. He looks down and sees Will glaring up at him. The boy had become more aggressive as a kid. He kept on hitting and glaring at Percy whenever he played with Nico. He was also the same with Jason, but not as bad.

"Nico down," Will orders.

Instead of listening, Nico sticks his small tongue out at him. Will glares up at them and kicks Percy again in the shins. Percy starts jumping up on one leg and hissing at the pain. Nico was actually giggling at the Son of the Sea's pain. Nico kisses Percy's cheek and that makes Will's anger intensify. He runs to attack Percy, but Annabeth grabs him in the nick of time.

He picks up the small boy as he tries to squirm out of her grip. "Let go. I hit PP," Will screeches.

Annabeth just chuckles at the little cute boy and kisses him in the head. That seems to calm the son of Apollo down for a bit. Annabeth then feels a rattle hit her head and she hisses at the pain. She turns over and sees Nico glaring at her as Percy laughs at his antics.

"I don't get what's wrong with him. He's been really aggressive towards me," she tells him.

"Aggressive? Didn't you see this kid try to kill me a second ago," Percy says back.

Annabeth rolls her eyes at him. "Such a drama queen."

Percy fakes gasps. "I am not a drama queen. You missy are the drama queen."

"Yeah yeah whatever, seaweed brains."

Percy sniffs a little. "I see. Don't really love me." He fakes cries his hands.

Nico giggles and kisses Percy in the cheek. "I wuv you PP."

Percy coos at that. "I wuv you too Neeks."

"I give PP booboo," Will screams out.

Jason chuckles at the whole scene. "It seems like you have some competition Annabeth."

Annabeth sets Will down and Percy does the same with Nico. "Yeah I'm so scared," she says sarcastically.

"You should be. He already drew a picture of me in the sea," Percy tells her.

They all go behind the camera and start taking a couple pictures of the two kids. Some of them were of the two playing with their toys, drawing, playing pretend. One of Jason's favorite were of Will playing a doctor with Nico as his nurse and the stuffed animals as their patients.

When all the pictures were taken the door to the big house opens and Piper appears with Chiron behind her. "I leave you guys for 20 minutes and you've dressed them up."

They all give her a guilty sheepish smile.

River looks around the camp for anything that a child might like. Toys, clothes, candy, everything. Rain was following right behind him, annoying the black haired boy.

"Raynyn when are you going to leave me alone," River asks him as he takes some chocolates from the Aphrodite cabin. He made sure that these candies were safe, so the kids didn't get too excited with themselves.

"I just want to hang out with you. Is that so bad," the taller boy asks. He was actually having fun following the smaller boy around, even if he was ignoring him.

"Raynyn why don't you go talk to your other friends or your siblings?" Raynyn pouts at him, which makes River want to giggle, but he stops himself before Raynyn thinks he likes him.

Rain looks over at an apple tree and he gets a wicked idea. He grabs River's hand and he drags him over to it. He grabs an apple that looks healthy and tosses it to him. River catches it and frowns at it. Rain then starts to explain, "If you throw that at me and I don't catch it then I will leave you alone. If I do, then you have to say yes to my next question. Okay?

River rolls his eyes at the proposition. His next question was probably about accepting a bet. Though this did give him an idea. "Fine. Go long," he says.

Rain grins and runs back for the throw. River then holds the apple like a ball and instead of throwing it at him, he throws it up as high as he can. He then smirked as he saw Rain's expression. Then his smirk dropped when he saw metal wings appear on Rain's back. Rain flies up and catches the apple before it drops.

River's mouth was dropped at that. He didn't know Rain had metal wings.

Rain flies back to him, with a smirk on his face. "It seems I win."

"That wasn't fair I didn't know you could fly," River protested.

"Yeah and I didn't know you would throw the apple up. I guess we were both surprised."

River sighs in frustration. "Fine. What do I have to say yes to."

Rain smiles at that. "Go on a date with me."
