Chapter 11

I was released from the hospital a couple hours later, having Liam push me out in the wheelchair. During the car ride home, I was lost in thought, not paying attention to anyone else. I kept thinking that we had something planned in a couple days, but I couldn't think what it was. The Boston trip!

"Mom, are we still going to Boston in a couple days?" I asked, slightly concerned since she's been working so much.

"I don't know right now honey, we will have to see how you feel, I think I'm going to push the flight back so you have more time to recover before we go." I felt slightly relieved from her answer, I hope everything heals quickly so I can still visit Boston College.

When we got inside, my mom forced me to eat some chicken noodle soup, even though I don't feel hungry at all. It took me forever to finish it, I don't think you understand how hard it is to eat when you aren't hungry.

My mom stuck on the heart monitor before Liam and I went upstairs to go relax. Once we got into my bed, Liam spoke up, "I didn't know you were visiting Boston in a couple days."

"It completely slipped my mind before, but we have to go and talk to the soccer coaches at Boston College, since I'll be going there next year." He looked kind of surprised when I said that I'll be going to college.

"Oh..." is all he managed to say as he pulled me close to his chest. I fell asleep as he whispered he loved me in my ear.

Liam's POV

She fell asleep in my arms, I don't know what I'm going to do while she's gone in Boston, we are going there next on the tour, but that's not for two more weeks. God, I'm head over heels for this girl, I don't think she realizes how deep I am.

Just watching her sleep makes my day a thousand times better. I slowly lie her down onto the bed to call Louis.

He picked up on the second ring, "Hey Payno, what's up?"

"Mate, I need your advice here," I said, the desperation clear in my voice.

"Yeah, what do you need help with?"

"I am head over heels for Bailey, and she's going away in a couple days for Boston with her mom."

"Okay, I don't think I see the problem here mate."

"Wait, there's more. She goes to uni by the end of summer and I don't know what i'm going to do while she's there, what if she finds someone else there? What if she forgets about me while she's living a normal life?" Saying everything out loud made me realize how crazy it seemed, we've only known each other for about a week.

"Well mate, thats a lot you never know, maybe she will change her mind and just tour with us, or maybe you need to stop worrying too much, you never know what the future holds and you shouldn't make the present just worrying. She hasn't kicked you out yet and you've been there a week, I'm pretty sure mangement gave up your hotel room already," he chuckled into the speaker.

Louis is right, I shouldn't be worrying so much, "thanks mate you're the best."

I turn around to walk back into Bailey's room, when I'm stopped by her body in the doorway.

"Did you just hear all of that?" I asked, looking into her piercing eyes.

"I did and I believe that you shouldn't be worrying about me finding someone else because Im just as head over heels as you." She says taking a huge load off of my chest.

Bailey went onto her tippy toes, kissing me on the lips. I cupped her chin, deepening the kiss. Just then of course the heart monitor went off, blaring through the house. I had almost forgot about the surgery that she had today.

She's tough as stones, I would have never guessed that she had been through tough shit today, god I love her.

Her mom ran upstairs to check on her, when she saw standing in her doorway. Bailey's lips were swollen and her hair was slightly messy now from the kiss, but she still looked like a goddess. I dont understand how I was blessed with her love, I hope she doesnt change her mind.
