Jason's POV
"What?!?" I shrieked, as Hades explained what had happened. All close friends and family of Nico di Angelo were called to Olympus for an emergency meeting. I was worried that Nico wouldn't be alright, and my suspicions were proved right when Hades told us what happened. "Me, Nico, and Daedalus were discussing plans for expanding my realm, when Persephone came in and accused Nico of ruining all her clothing, falsely, of course. And I, being an idiot," wait, hold the phone, a God, not being too high to call himself an idiot?! Maybe Hades was better than I thought. "Believed her, and banished him from the underworld. Hermes can't even find him. Though I am sure that he is going to a school, I don't know how, I just do. Maybe if each demigod went to a different school, we could track him down." " But, sir, there are only sixteen of us, and billions of schools in the U.S., how are we going to find the one Nico is attending?" Annabeth asked politely. " We have to." Hades replied, looking determined.
Nico's POV
I, Nico di Angelo, survivor of Tartarus, is scared of school. Anubis helps, giving me calming potions that sometimes don't work, and whispering in my ear that it's going to be okay, and to just think about tonight's date that we set up at the graveyard where we met, coming home to play mythomagic, and the fact that he somehow charmed the staff to put is in all the same classes. He was proud of that, normally his spells don't work, and deep down, I'm proud of him too. It was a short walk to the school, then we got our schedules from the office lady, who was quite nice actually, her name was Ms. Frame, she looked young, and was rather pretty. I had a feeling she had a boyfriend. Or girlfriend. My schedule was Homeroom : Mrs.Parkin, Math : Mrs.Ney, Lunch, Science : Mrs. Page, Gym : Ms. Pachuta, and band with Mr. C. Anubis, of course, was in the same classes as me. It was hard to believe that he was a god, nearly older than my Dad. He acted like a normal fourteen year old. Surprisingly, all of the teachers were really nice to me. I expected something bad to happen, but it never did. Not even when me and Anubis told everyone that we were dating. I got smiles and waves in the halls, and I returned them. I was ready to start over on a clean slate, with a boyfriend, friends, and happiness. By January, I was even considered popular, Until I spotted a familiar face in the crowd.
