Chapter five

Nicholas POV

I was waiting for her to come by. I waited hours and hours but she didn't come. I figured she must have already passed by before I even got there. I went to my castle and decided to got to sleep for the night.

Kelsey's POV

I was woken up by an alarm clock. It was seven in the morning. I had to start the new public school today. Monday's are the worst days of the week. Everything bad happens on Monday. I went downstairs to eat breakfast since I had already gotten dressed and everything else. My mom made the best pancakes in the world. I had two before asking her to take me to school. We arrived at Sherwood high ten minutes later. I found the school directory and went to the office for my schedule and locker
. Since I am in tenth grade but am in advanced classes I technically do eleventh grade work. The lady at the front desk asked for my name. I told her it was Kelsey brandel and she gave me my schedule and locker number 56. I headed to my new locker and got my book out for math and English because they were my first two periods. As soon as I got my books out I here the bell ring. English is my first period so I start to head there my schedule says room five. That shouldn't be to hard the school is small compared to my old one. I find room five and go in. I hate school all the drama is so annoying I mean come on really high school is to prepare us for the real world and it's full of drama so what does that tell you about the real world. That's right it's full of incompetent stupid self serving annoying people. The second bell rang indicating the school has started. The teacher walks in.
Hello class my name is miss Thomahi   Jones you may call me miss t if you want. Today we will be going over the guidelines and rules for this class. As you all know we hold high standards for those in advance classes and if you choose to take all advance classes we applaud you and hope you do well. As most of you are aware one fifth of the worlds knowledge is in English and most is orally passed down from generation to generation so your first English assignment is to learn the basics of a language and how those who use said language are impacted by culture and tradition in the use of language.

Well that was fun. Not. I mean the English assignment is interesting. I should start to head home. I got my phone out and called my mom.
Hey mom can you come and pick me up?
Yes honey I can see you in ten.
Ok mom love you
Love you too honey
I hang up the phone and put it in the inside pocket of my jacket.
