The Power of Fear

I was sitting in my cell, looking out of the tiny window. I had been in here for two days. The Yard was examining the scene and questioning the other party goers. They had announced in the paper what had happened, and were now deciding what to do.

Three days. I was incredibly bored with nothing to do but wait. A guard had come and told me that the people, citizens of France, would decide what would happen to me. My fate belongs to them. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared. I'm terrified.
                                                -----------------------------------------
They had come and told me. What was going to happen. I was no longer scared. The reason this was going to happen, was that the public had kids. They were afraid for their kids. I had killed a child, there was no denying that fact. In two days, I was going to be executed for my crimes. Despite what Edward had done, I had killed as well. I had to be punished. I am going to be executed. It's okay though, don't worry. I'm receiving food, until then. A nice lady, Savannah, is giving me food and drink. She's nice. I'm not afraid. I just wish I had more time.
