"Whoa! Travis!" Travis is speeding down the road to get to the house. Both Madison and him were on the phone trying to reach Alicia and Chris. No one was picking up.

"I'm sorry! Sorry. Chris, it's an emergency, man. Call me right back." He hangs up.

"Baby, call me back. Call me back right away." Madison hangs up.

"Try the house." Travis tells her. Nick was trying to find a station on the radio to see if they were talking about what Calvin was. Or what was going on. Obviously someone has to know about this or is talking about it. We need to figure out what this is. I need to find Aneta.

"Nick, stop, please."

"Nick!" Travis yells.

"No one's talking about this. No one's saying anything." Nick sits back resting his hand on my thigh. I close my eyes and try to calm myself but I couldn't. So many things were running through my head.

"We need to get away from the city. We need to get away from people. Just grab Alicia, Liza, Chris, and just go until we know what this thing is."

"The desert?" Madison suggested.

Yeah. It'll be okay there. We'll be safe.

"Aneta, we have to get her. Please?" I look at Nick.

"We can swing by there on our way to Chris and Liza." Nick looks up at Travis as he nods his head.

"We can do that." Travis responds. Madison picks up her cell.

"Alicia, where the hell are you? Listen, we got Nick. We're coming to get you. I need you to pack some things for us, load up some groceries, okay? We're going out of town. Why? What's wrong? Who? Who's sick? Don't-- don't touch him. I need you to call 9-1-1. Okay, we're coming to get you, but just stay away from Matt until we get there, okay? Alicia. Alicia!" This can't be good. She's with Matt, and she said Matt is sick. This can only mean one thing, he's going to turn into what Calvin did.

"We're 10 minutes away." Travis hits the gas. We pulled into the driveway and in a driveway Madison and Travis bolt out of the truck and into the house where the door was open. Nick and I follow closely.

"Alicia, move away from him." Madison and Travis stand in the door way watching Alicia and Matt laying on the bed. She is too close to him. Matt looked horrible. He was sweating like crazy but he was under all those covers.

"What's wrong with you?" Alicia takes the cloth off of Matt looking dead at us.

"People are getting sick. It could be contagious." Madison says calmly.

"If he has it, I have it." God she is a bitch we are trying to help you.

"Alicia, can I talk to him? Please?" Travis asked. Alicia stares at Travis but gets up.

"Hey, Matt. Where are your folks?"

"They should be home soon." Matt breaths out.

"They're driving home today." Alicia says.

"When did this start?"

"He was supposed to meet me at the beach yesterday and never showed up." Alicia crosses her arms. A sudden noise echoes throughout the house and I knew it was Nick looking for meds. Withdrawal is not in our favor when you live off of the shit.

"Alicia, would-- would you?" Travis holds a glass up as Alicia grabs it and shoulder bumps me to get by. Travis looks closer down uncovering his shoulder was blood all over.

"What are you doing? Is that a bite?" Madison leans over.

"Is that how it happens?" She asked.

"I don't know. I mean, Calvin was shot. It wasn't-- wasn't like-- it wasn't like this. Get Alicia." Alicia looks over my shoulder.

"I'm gonna go find Nick." I turn around head to where the noise was coming, the bathroom. Nick was tearing apart Matt's bathroom bit by bit.

"Nicky." I call out for him but he doesn't stop. In fact, he continues but more at a speed.

"Nick, Matt's parents are meds free. They don't believe in that stuff." I lean against the door way. I feel light headed and pain in the ribs. Withdrawal was starting.

"Fuck!" He kicks the cabinet looking over at me as my eyes droop. I knew withdrawal was going to affect him badly. Its not as bad as me since he has been on it longer then I have.

"Nicky, lets go home. Well find something there." I climb over the mess he created hugging him. His arms wrap about my waist as his chin rested on my head. I knew things were going to get worse after this I just didn't know how much.

"Bree! Nick! We are leaving!" Travis calls from us downstairs. We all climb down the stairs and hit to the truck back to the house. I need to get to Aneta. She doesn't know what's going on.
