New Chapter! It's the summer holidays here in england so maybe more uplaods? I don't know if it was just me, but i had a spasm attack when i saw the new City of Bones film trailer. I effin adore her books and if you dont know them check them out by Cassandra Clare!
I made this chapter long, ish and REALLLYYY CLICHE. Underline that 3 times. You'll understand why when you get near the end, i only noticed how cliche it was until i read about 3 books on wattpad that did the same thing and i thought EWW CRINGE. but it's too late to change it..no wait i just cant be flipping asked.

I made my way out to the track wearing black jogging leggings and a sports bra. My hair was tied in a messy bun and I carried a bottle of Gatorade in my right hand scanning my surroundings for Ethan. I heard a wolf whistle and sighed turning around to find Blake smirking.
I tried to hide my smile “I don’t appreciate your cat calls”
Blake grinned “But I do appreciate what your wearing”
This time I did laugh “Jerk”
He’d made his way over to me and was standing at arm’s length “But you love me”
I shook my head at him “You’re too ugly to love”
Before I could react, he’d swung me over his shoulder “I’m what?”
I squealed “Let me down!” I wasn’t surprised to find the rest of the football team laughing and heard Cody shout out “Get in there Blake!” the rumbling of his chest told me he too was laughing.
“Renee Holland!” I heard a booming voice shout my name. I froze and was slowly released to the ground.
“Yes?”
Ethan had his arms crossed and was glaring at me “Not only did you fail to turn up to practice last week, but now you decide to waste time flirting?”
“Eth…”
“I don’t want to hear it” he barked “4 laps, I expect you back in 3 minutes”
I heard a few mutters of disbelief “You can’t do that” Cody called, narrowing his eyes.
“Yes I can”
Blake was glaring daggers at him and took a menacing step forward; I grabbed his hand “It’s alright” I whispered “I’ll be alright”
His shoulders relaxed at my touch but he still shot Ethan a look.
“Let go of your little boyfriend Renee, we don’t have all day” I took a starting position on the track as the footballers slowly went away to their own practice.
“Ready?” I set off as soon as I heard the whistle. I hadn’t run in a long time and felt the strain of my muscles getting used to the speed. One lap. I pushed faster aware of my time limit. Two laps. I saw a blur of faces as I ran past, I didn’t register any of them as I ran. 3 laps. I stretched my legs further feeling my tendons stretch. Last lap. I pushed my body not tired yet, but hoping for a good time. I crossed the finish and smiled up at Ethan.
“How’d I do?”
He grinned “2 minute 35” he held up a hand and I gave him a high five happy at my time. I glanced up at the football field and saw them frozen in surprise and Blake a smile on his face “Well done” he mouthed winking. I smiled in return.
“I don’t think we’re in any doubt here, you’re a prodigy” Ethan stated throwing me my drink “I’ll enter you for the US championships trials first”
